Hotel is lovely. Always love a holiday inn. Staff are always nice and friendly too.

Maybe abit for options for breakfast but still great. Also wish I could figure out the heating as it was abit chilly.

Sofa bed not very comfortable to sleep on, but we didn’t expect much for the price, so still good.

The hotel was in a more than ideal location, with only a 15min walk to the O2 Victoria warehouse for a gigThe staff were absolutely lovely, very polite and helpful

My only mild complaint was some noise during the day, however that was due to maintenance which cant really be helped

It was perfect got a room overlooking the quays. Within walking distance to our coronation experience we had booked. Everything was just perfect

Nothing everything was just fine. Only problem was getting a taxi back to the station. Had to wait a while

The location is good, and the room had a view of Old Trafford. The hotel had a large bar area, and a nice selection of beers on tap. Staff were all very friendly. Parking at a discounted rate was a very reasonable price for the city.

The quality of the breakfast food was poor. Air-con very loud.

Good price, great staff, nice rooms, good location. This is my third stay here and it is always good.

Some of the other guests had rowdy kids at breakfast, but that's not the hotels fault.

The room was stinking white powder left on counters we had to clean away the drugs our selfs or the kids would have seen it and the bed was very hard also had no towelsIn the room

Location is brilliant, especially for Old Trafford. Staff were great and such good value for money.

Family rooms are tight and a little bit warm and stuffy. We were on the top floor so can’t open the window (understandably), but made it hard to cool the room down.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.The room’s heating and air conditioning worked well.Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The beds were comfortable.

The room was a little on the small side; a more spacious room would have been helpful, though this may be standard across family rooms.The sofa bed was not as comfortable as the main bed.The TV remote’s volume only went up to 15, which was a bit hard to adjust to.

Everything really lovely location comfortable room staff were exceptional and made my mums 80th Birthday stay amazing

It was cheap, clean everywhere and close to Trafford centre.Staff were very helpful and friendly.Breakfast was constantly monitored and cleaned by staff

Just the plug in the sink didn’t work so it had to be taking out so it didn’t over fill.

Location was super, buffet breakfast had good choices and always refreshed regularly by the staff, price was great for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.

Clean and well positioned. Staff were pleasant.

Noisy at night. Bedroom very stuffy first night; second night ok after window left open for 24 hours. Shortage of information. Reasonable choice for breakfast, but half an hour before breakfast was due to finish serving the scrambled egg had run out and was told it wouldn’t be replenished. No proper decaff coffee, just instant. Second morning, such a queue we had to do without breakfast.

Breakfast - not enough food out. Not enough staff to clear up tables. Long wait for food to come out and then not enough so ran out again quickly. Few issues with appliances in the room. Toilet didn’t flush properly. TV did not work. Staff were great though and helped solve the TV issue.

The hotel is in a fab location within walking distance of media city, cinema, shopping centre and bars. The rooms were clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good too, plenty of selection.

There was nothing to dislike. A positive experience.

Room not cleaned one day. Breakfast bar not one way causing congestion. Limited bottled beer.
