Staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. Bed was very comfortable .

There were not enough condiments in the room. Bar prices were a bit too expensive.

The location was perfect for us within walking distance of Old Trafford. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds and the mini fridge was great to have in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again on our next visit to Manchester.

The WiFi was a bit temperamental at times but this didn't cause much issue as we're out most of the day.

We enjoyed the experience, especially the view from our room that was amazing! We appreciated the nice touch of coffee and tea available in the room, flavoured water available at the reception and the professional welcome from the receptionists too.

Although we were given a disabled room it was ok, exception made for the shower. The shower curtain was way too short, so everytime we used it, the whole bathroom got flooded.

Friendly staff, very clean and rooms lovely and bed comfortable.

It is a reasonable hotel. Nothng special, does the job. Clean, well kept. Breakfast is reasonable, too.

Being put in an accessibility room with a re-engineered bathroom that is a wet room with limited facilities. I want to have the choice of being given this special facility - and I would choose to pass.

They always make me feel welcome staying. I love the fact they always put "welcome Emily" on the tv screen when I come aswell as complementary late check out. Overall very clean, comfortable, nice place to stay. Food is also very nice, reasonable price.

Clean and close to everything we needed to be at

£50 card deposit. Understandable deposit but having to wait days to receive the deposit back

Everything was clean, modern and very well looked after, with our room having a fantastic view and a very comfy large bed. The staff were also extremely helpful and accomodating as I wanted to create a birthday surprise for my partner

The TV does not offer a Netflix option. I even brought a firestick but could not use it.
