Room was not hoovered, cobwebs on insufferable of curtains, poor insulation on the windows, interrupted sleep with constant dripping of water in a next room, and woken by drilling from neighbour hotel at 7am. Very little sleep had.

The bed was comfy, room clean.

This hotel needs a lot of TLC. The heating was inadequate & we had to ask for extra heaters. The room took hours to warm up !The noise in the hotel was ridiculous, could hear every word of conversations in other rooms. There was a strong smell of cannabis around the entrance / stairs. The bar & restaurant area was also very cold & this put us off eating there. Location is a 20min walk from the centre of Morecambe where shops, bars etc are. So isn’t close by if you have mobility challenges. I guess we should’ve expected this for the price we paid.

Walls was dirty, also doors, brown stains on the carpet. Very cold room. Toilet would not flush properly.Room smells.Security window was broken.Windows was dirty. Wardrobe was broken.This didn't look like this when we booked it. This was room 109. And also room 121, I had also booked for family. And also the same situation. I would like half of my money refunded as this was not worth what we had, I feel like I've bin cheated of photos of the hotel rooms what was on line. This was ment to be a double room with sea view front. It was not big enough for two people. I have got photos I am not sending to you. But if I don't receive half of a refund then I will take this further.

The staff where amazing with my little boy, he had the best time and didn’t want to leave. He’s got autism and ADHD we often find it difficult around overnight stays and transition and the staff were supportive and made it feel like home especially the manager,We will definitely be coming again.

I loved that you could take ur dogs it was lovely to have my two boys with me and the staff were so happy to meet them too. Andy at breakfast was really helpful with my gluten intolerance and had my bread aside for me and the manageress was just so accommodating, lovely two people that helped make the break lovely.

Busy on street parking but free

There was 2 of us in a room but only 1 chair. Not a big issue.

Right opposite the beach dog friendly excellent value. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast could have been better. Quality could have been better - sausages poor, bacon cooked more, runny beans, rubbery mushrooms, salty tomatoes.

The only positive we can give is the gent on reception was helpful when we rejected the first room and provided an alternate room.We did not stay at this hotel.

There was nothing to like, very run down, felt unsafe and it was so bad we checked out within an hour and moved to a different hotel.

It's a nice hotel, good views, parking round the back. I've no complaints.

A long walk into town but the price outweighs the walk. Went there to see the new year fireworks it did its job well.

Staff were very friendly/helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy and smelled fresh! Hotel was close to event we were travelling for.

Property is tired and looks run down including decor and furnishings/fixtures and fittings. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a strong smell of smoke.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff, bus stops right outside. Lovely view across the bay.

Nothing does what it says on the tin.

The gentleman on reception was welcoming & explained about the key & wifi & told us about breakfast.The room was lovely & warm. Last time we stayed the window was left wide open & it was freezing.The price was rightBed was comfortable

The shower was very small, fortunately we are regular size, but it was tight for us.A large person wouldn't be able to use it.There was stains on the ceiling & wallpaper was bubbled on the wall. I think there must have been a leak at some point.I wouldn't pay full price for it The cleaners need to check batteties in tv handsets !

The staff are always really helpful, chatty and polite.I can always get a room and one that is really clean, comfy and a sea view.When looking at accommodation I always check the Strathmore first.
