    Convenient location

    Breakfast was poor and expensive

    10DebbiePosted on: 2-16-2026

Staff were friendly, pool was lovely (equipped with hairdryers and ghds at no extra cost), room really comfortable, food lovely and breakfast table set up for kids which was themed for valentines!

Walls really thin so could hear people in the corridor through the night

Nice location Very accommodating to our dogsFriendly staff

Invoicing was wrong and took several attempts to sort.

Staff where super friendly, rooms where big, an clean bathroom was modern, was close to Sutton Heath which was lovely for food an drinks out

Felt like the sausage an bacon on the buffet breakfast didn't look cooked enough but the rest was lovely, also the spa pool was either shut or being cleaned so wasn't able to use an assumed we would get robes included to use but never and the spa treatments where really expensive more expensive than any where else I have been but overall it was a lovely hotel, good location, clean really friendly staff, pool steam an sauna was also lovely

I love Park Royal stay here when I visit my friends who live locally my one issue is the lack of accessible parking it’s a very large carpark and only 4 accessible bays

    Nothing really

The staff go above & beyond. Dawid went out of his way to get me a room change as the bed in the executive and junior suites aren't proper king size beds, They are two doubles pushed together so there's a crack right in the middle. But eventhough I had to be downgraded to a double bed, he sorted a restaurant credit for us, He also searched every available room for a proper king sized bed. I do love this hotel. Our evening meal was gorgeous.I also had a lovey chat with the leisure manager, who was an absolute pleasure to converse with. We were also served in the restaurant who's manner was a delight, he smiled all night. It's his first job since leaving school and he'd only been in position for 3 months, he wore two stunning pins; he's going to go far. A suggestion to management, some decent mattress toppers and that will give people like me who love a larger room the capability to stay in one.I love the facilities & the grounds too.

Please just sort the bed situation out. I understand it would be pricey to buy all new King size beds, but maybe just upgrade a few rooms and buy mattress toppers for the others. Pusing two bed together and charging executive prices isn't good practise,

Staffs are friendly, and amenities are good.

There were mould on the tiles in bathroom, door was faulty and would make a noise whenever there was a draft, and there was constant water drainage noise near the AC

Stayed here few times lovely hotel and spa facilities. Breakfast was really nice and plenty of choice.

Stayed in a room for 3 people, no bedding on one of the beds and only 2 cups in room, only asked 3 times to get it sorted - eventually sorted

    10SlavomiraPosted on: 2-9-2026

it is situated in the countryside

the rooms are old though, the restaurant could take more bookings as well

    Lovely room Excellent breakfast

While going to my room after checking in, there were bottles and glasses outside many of the rooms - inc my room - and they were there throughout the day and evening. Really didn’t look good.

Hotel was pleasant hotel, parking was wonderful, ample space, hotel in appearance was brilliant from outsides and very pretty.Inside decor and cosmetics and Furniture in room slightly dated.Everywhere looked like a it needed a lick of paint and refresh tbh except the bar and restaurant which looked immaculate. This hotel could easily exceed expectations with some TLC. Bed was a bit soft and worn, and my room sink was blocked! TV was a bit older but did the job! Breakfast was brilliant and good service from staff.
