My booking was confirmed and the hotel was under reconstruction when I got there I have to book another accommodation for my family by 11pm on the same day.I was promised compensation of 25 pounds But nothing has been paid by booking.com

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff at Breakfast.
The location of the hotel has very busy roads directly adjacent and the double glazing in my room did not buffer the noise.

Very helpful staff, my sister arrived late at night and they staff were very accommodating. Travelling with a (good) dog is not easy but the staff were really helpful.
The staff were amazing, very friendly. We travelled with our dog and he was made to feel like a VIP!Breakfast selection was ok.
Could be some more vegan options for breakfast. Dog fee of £25 is a bit higher than the usual market price.

The facilities were very much what you would expect from what is essentially a motorway stopover although certainly a cut above the more budget conscious chains. What really shone was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They did everything they could to make the stay pleasant and welcoming.

The location is ideal for me as a halfway point from my home in central Scotland and my parents house in south London.
On this particular occasion there was a coach party of Irish school students who caused untold noise and disturbance to my stay.so much so that I didn’t have an evening meal in the restaurant because of kids running around unfettered.I had to have my dinner in my room to avoid this, I just wanted peace and quiet and that wasn’t to be on that evening.
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, STAFF MEMBERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL, KIND AND AMIABLE. FOOD WAS VERY GOOD, LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, COMFY ROOMS, AC WORKING EXCELLENTLY WELL. BEDS WELL WELL MADE AND COMFY. I HAVE USED MANY HOTELS, AS MY JOB MAKES ME DO REGULARLY. FOR SOME, YOU PAY A LOT AND GET SO LITTLE. BUT, FOR HOLIDAY INN WARRINGTON, THE STORY WAS DIFFERENT. YOU GET SUPERB VALUE FOR MONEY. I AM GOING BACK THRERE AGAIN AND AGIN AND AGAIN.
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, SO THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE. I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. NICE FOOD, EXCELLENT LOCATION, FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST BUFFET IN AN ATMOSPHERE OF RESPECT AND CARE-CAN'T AS FOR MORE.
