good for the price, near to where we wanted to be.

sticky carpet through out. had to go looking for reception and bar staff. breakfast was totally self service, no staff in sight. All in all, a bit of a ghost ship

We didn't get through the front doors and one of the 2 adults didn't have i.d not considering we have 2 yr old twins with us then told to leave property till we got the i.d and had to stay elsewhere payed never got money back

Clean & comfortable, friendly staff

The staff are the best! I have got to know them and they are friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. Upset it is closed over Christmas! Why I do not know?!! But will hopefully return in the Summer.

Booked a family room through booking .comm for 2 adults and 2 children of 3 and 5 years and ended up with a double bed and a single bed and was told this was a family room not good enough

We left straight away.

The room was dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Toilet had shit marks in it, and there was toe nail clippings in the bath.

Stayed for 1 night for a friend's birthday in standish. Check in was easy. I'd pre paid online and checked in. Great location, I was really surprised how lovely the room was. We had a super king size bed which was really comfortable, the furniture was lovely, really big room too. I would definitely stay again . Thank you

I did not like nothing about the hotel

I did not like anything about the property. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were very old 1970s style beds with paper thin mattresses you can feel every single string even the duvet would not fit the bed covers. It was awful to sleep in

The towels were dirty had to swap them Only one bar staff on when thier was two coach partys in

Rooms clean but basic .

. Bathroom could have been finished properly. The grouting was messy I could have done it better with my eyes closed
