Cleanliness; friendly staff. Good food

Breakfast was brill, top quality food and friendly staff, very clean and quiet, location is close to the brick stadium,all in all a great place

Towel rail didn’t warm up much and apparently it’s known as an issue and getting looked into

Staff very helpful and remembers who you are from previous stays

Kettle didnt work properly had to turn it off by plug for it to finish boiling

The price and breakfast included.

It was very cold in our room and had to ask multiple times to put heating on.

Pillows were uncomfortable.

Ample parking, the room was clean, very quiet.

Hair dryer was blocked needed a clean, the iron leaked water all over my shorts and t-shirt. Shower leaked a lot by the looks it had been doing it for a while so much so we used 2 towels to soak up the water.

Staff were brilliant so helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. Hotel was quiet, breakfast very good and drinks reasonably priced

Good size room with lovely big bed. Big bathroom. Breakfast was included as was lovely and hot. Would definitely stay here again.

If I had to dig deep I did find the outside and building to look drab.

Convenient location for our needs, excellent value for money, well designed rooms (the hairdryer was by a mirror! the bin was next to the tea/ coffee facilities) Good choice at breakfast and food hot and fresh. Friendly and helpful staff

Staff are always amazing and good was really good, both breakfast and dinners that I had. The staff outweighs anywhere else so I always try to come back to you when I travel for work

The Wifi was not working too well and I couldn't login to do some work that I needed to. This is the only frustration that I have experienced and to be honest a night off was probably not the worst thing for me.

Grouchy and impolite Bar/kitchen staff on Friday night. Practically shouting at us whilst collecting order for food and drinks. Bad customer experience

Everything was fine

Room was spacious and clean. Lady on front desk over night quickly spoke to the inconsiderate guest.

Bed was very hard, pillows hard and disturbed sleep due to inconsiderate neighbouring room were somebody was on the phone talking extremely loud in the early hours and woke us and eventually my son.

Clean, well organised. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Great location for DW Stadium. Nice breakfast, nice room and was able to put chain on the door so my 2 year old couldn’t escape which can be a struggle in some hotels. Also very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again. Also great unlimited use of the EV chargers for £15z

At breakfast, I went to get a plastic plate for my son and 2 plates I lifted were very dirty (not just a little bit missed in dishwasher, fully dirty) which wasn’t great but that’s all I could say I didn’t like.

Great location. Great parking. Quiet. Clean. Warm. Staff Brilliant. Breakfast really good. Excellent price.
