Like it's location stayed many times before Was cheap enough to stay just for a sleep.

The music banging in the morning at 9 am not sure if was inside the hotel or to the back but it sounded loud and woke me up. The curtain rail whe up opened it came off the rail and it let a lot of sunlight through. Could do with black out curtains. And stronger light bulbs for the corridor outside the room.

This place punches above it's weight. Comfortable rooms, great location and definitely great value for money.Special.mention to Lauren on check-in and bar

Not enough toilet roll provided (we would have mentioned it at check in but didn’t notice till later). Blind alone wasn’t enough to keep out dawn light (curtain needed too)

Check in .We have stopped there many times over the years for the bi annual Good Friday game in Wigan.Always had a great time previously . The hotel has completely changed since two years ago.It has become a very noisy music venue .Which we were not made aware of .Upon returning to the Hotel after a few beers in the town it was full in the bar .Loud music and a very pungent smell of cannabis. After reporting this to the owner she simply brushed away my concerns with a lame excuse' I and my friends went up to our rooms. The music was blasting out until the early hours and I personally was kept awake by it. Wea won't be staying there again

Although the room was small it was clean but could do with updating/decorating the bed was comfortable Don't expect to watch much TV on a night as all I could get was BBC 1

We loved the fact that this was an old property that hadn't been transformed into a clone of everywhere else. Individual furnishings, great decor, lots of character. Quiet at night, really comfortable.

Never again

The host is not responding on any messages or calls. Not returning my deposit for the key and not available for any questions. Simply stole my money. Never again.

The position of the rooms is second to none. Is it the Ritz? NO! Is it the Royal Hilton? NO! Is it brilliant value for money? YOU BET IT IS! There's no frills to the place but it's comfortable, it does what it says on the box and In my opinion its worth every penny. Couldn't get WiFi so what did I do? I TOLD the lady in the pub and she sorted it in 30 seconds! If you've got a problem, don't go putting chappy reviews on booking.com until you've ascertained that there IS actually a problem! The staff cannot do enough for you and will assist you if you need it. In my opinion it's a no-frills style hotel where they leave you be to get on with your stay and that's all I ask for. It's a 10 from me!

Lighting could do with being LED's. My eyes ain't what they used to be!

Low standard not that clean I was there for a couple of hours in the room and left as I just could not stay in a place that I felt needed a deep clean

Staff were helpful and welcoming

Didn’t get back to me with information on parking (I sent two requests via Booking.com several weeks apart). Room was dark, lighting was poor and to be brutally honest, whilst the bedding was clean the room was a bit grotty, windows very dirty, carpet stained and a bit sticky, toilet seat falling off, shower didn’t drain as fast as the shower ran, so the tray slowly filled up. Sorry but all together just not very good. Topped off by a noisy and very drunk group of people having a corridor party - loudly - from about 3.45am to 4.45am. I appreciate there’s nothing that Fifteens of Swinley could have done about that as they don’t have any staff on overnight.

Difficult to get in once pub shut 2 side entrances very confusing and had workmen in next room from 8am drilling and ba ging very very noisy

I was attending festival in Wigan so it was ideal. It was comfy and I had most things I needed. The pub was friendly and we had a good time

The telly wasn't working and my phone was playing up so I had no idea what time it was. I cound't find any information and I didn't know where reception was. So I couldn't contact my mates in other rooms in the other part of the hotel.I realise a lot of this is down to me, but I would have expected staff to be a bit more visible on a Sunday morning

Its a great Location. Rooms are all clean and tidy and great value for Money.Landlady very friendly and welcoming.Will use every time I go up to Wigan.

Location was Brilliant

It would have helped if I had a cup to drink out of and a remote control to use the Tv and also warm water to have a shower.
