Nice room, very pleasant staff.

Outstanding hotel with good facilities, good shower and plenty of hot water

The walk to our room was a bit long

Had a lovely big easy access room which was a short walk from reception etc…bathroom enormous and everything needed was in there. All Dove toiletries. Breakfast was excellent and, for once, coffee was tasty and hot. Something we never seem to find in hotels…all in all, a lovely stay..

Nothing…we’re pleased with everything

The room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked really well. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Easy to get to, just off the motorway. It was perfect for what we wanted. Had a really nice outdoor sitting area which was lovely to sit in. The breakfast was really nice.

We ordered food for dinner and the food wasnt very good. My husband ordered a pizza and he said it was like a microwave pizza. Not good.

Location to brands hatch , air conditioning in the rooms

Interiors are looking very tired and worn especially the bathrooms , swimming pool changing rooms coned off and not in use making it impossible to shower off after the steam room so i didn’t bother, however all areas of hotel were very clean

Nice, well established hotel, rooms cool and clean, comfortable.bar and restaurant area well presented. Breakfast, quite impressive and well cooked

Evening meal, I didn't go much on. And passage ways where rooms are, carpets a bit worn

Facilities, food, location

Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable

Room was good, bathroom less so, basic, but clean and functional. Dinner good, top end of value for money, close to expensive overall for in-house services. Health suite / pool tired and needs refreshed but again operational and useable. Breakfast was taste, albeit bit frantic from a staffing point of view.

Price felt a wee bit punchy. Staff were really friendly, but partially with breakfast it needs more pro activity. Cups running our for coffee, machine out of milk, glasses limited for juices. some breakfast items out and not replenished. tables needed cleared and refreshed. Wait times for getting seated. Sauces needed replenished. This did not all happen at one time, but over 3 days, there were multiple of these arising and wait times were such that food often got cold or you were out of step with fellow guests. Note staff were very busy, but alway being reactive rather than proactive. Or generally too much to do, when people get pulled of the floor to support a guest request etc....

All staff and reception personnel. Lovely lobby and restaurant. Pool, hot tub, sauna. Loved the breakfast provided (booked with this option) & was worth it ? Other parts of hotel outdated, but signs of updating in progress.

No elevator. Not an issue for me. But other family members unable to do a lot of stairs. Hotel website does disclose that there is none. But missed on booking hotel.

Although the rooms are clean, the bathroom could do with some updating

Lovely hotel, nicely furnished and clean and very polite and helpful staff. Good sized rooms .Would definitely stay there again.

Only disappointment was there was no lift and our room was situated quite a walk from the reception. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Would recommend

The stay was warm, the facilities were good,Bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast was perfect.Everything is a little tired though and could do with a clean.

The hotel foyer and bar area are great.

I see work going on to upgrade, so good?? as the rooms are a bit aged.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. The beds were comfortable, but the lack of drawers was a let down. The bathroom needs updating.The facilities were good and the food was excellent.

Room could sleep upto 6, kids were happy but not a lot of room to move around the beds. Comfy, great pool, food good and staff were great.

Family rooms not very good bit tatty . Need to be updated . Not worth £230 with no breakfast included disappointed

Arrival was ok and room clean and well presentedDinner was good and service fine. Portions much to large for my wife and too some extent for me alsoBreakfast was generally good except for a poor choice of cereals and "real" bread

Our room was not cleaned on the Saturday of our stay and was only discovered when we arrived back at 21.15 to 21.30.Needless to say no internal phone calls were answered so we had to live with it.Reported to reception on Sunday morning before we left. The attitude of your receptionist led me to believe that we were unlikely to receive a reply!!

2 special needs children and no lift to get to 3rd floor room 325, carpet ripped in room and mattress on roll out bed under sofa bed was filthy. Staff were not supportive with assistance though they could see we needed help with bags.

Breakfast was ok - not sure worth £14 though

Lack of lift to access 2nd floor. State of gym- not clean - restricted space to mobilise in weights section
