It was clean and comfortable and the location is very central. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The interior decoration is a bit tired.

Location is perfectly placed for the town shops and amenities

The heating was not on in the room and was cold. This was very quickly resolved with a visit to reception ..

Heating was not working in one of the rooms, however, the hotel sorted out replacement heaters for the room which worked well.

Large airy room,comfortable beds.

Bathroom had no extractor for steam,shower very small considering size of Bathroom

The bed was kind of comfortable, the towels were clean.

The walls were damp and peeling, it was dirty, the shower was freezing cold, the kettle had mouldy water in it. The radiator didn’t work so the room was beyond cold. It wasn’t a comfortable stay at all.

Everything, Irish chap and young girl were very welcoming ,room was clean ,comfortable bed ,big bay window so lights of light ,front facing, absolutely loved it here ,will definitely be back again next time we will play bingo

We liked the fact that it was convenient for amenities and the sea. It was lovely that the radiator had been on for a while to warm the room. Lovely hot water. Price was good too.

We booked a twin room but one of the bed bases was incredibly wobbly and you could feel every spring in the mattress. Most uncomfortable! A mattress topper could solve this problem? There was no bedside cabinet/ table by the second bed and no bedside lamp. I love to read until late. The whole room looked like it needs some TLC. It's such a shame to see it go like this knowing it must have been superb at some stage!

Woke up half hour before check out time to find out my room had no hot water despite running it for a long time, when checking out staff did offer me to take a shower in another room but I had somewhere else to be not an ideal start to the day, hotel is generally dated and under invested in, room lacked extra pillows or even comftable ones, also the bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We believe we got what we paid for.

Hotel does need some TLC, it is looking very tired, however the rooms were clean and warm.

Location

The room was freezing and radiator didn’t heat it up as the gust of wind was coming through the gaps in the window. Couldn’t even warm up as the shower wouldn’t heat past luke warm. The room was also disappointing and needed a good refurb. It looked like a premier inn in the photos which is all we needed for one night but the photos made it look better than it was. Only paid £59 but expect basic heating and hot water for this price.

The room was big and it was quite cheap so I think that was really worth it and it is good to stay at it was amazing the room the view the staff

The breakfast was a little like left out and wasnt the beat but what can you say it was cheap not everything can be perfect and the beds are a little hard and harsh for the back and the pillows went the best but there acceptable so I loved it thank you

Comfortable and just what we required

The windows banged all night in all 3 rooms we booked

The only thing I didn't like, was the creaking floorboards, which the room above me woke me as I'm quite a light sleeper
