Location excellent within walking distance of every thing. Spotless clean hotel and bedrooms and bathrooms. Breakfast delicious. Very peaceful Beautiful decor

The breakfasts were superb.

Despite being assured of guaranteed parking space, this was only available one night out of three.The owner told us he had to give our space to someone with mobility issues... Despite access to the property involving steps and staircases ?!

Lovely room and the arywork and decor throughout is excellent. Comfy and cosy, excellent in-room coffe and tea facilities.

Shower was always a bit cold despite turning to the max setting. It would only ever get to a tepid temperature. Not the best when on a surf coaching weekend and needing a hot shower to relieve aching muscles.

Comfortable room with an amazing view. Delicious breakfast, Effortless access to the town centre and the beach.

Just Arrived home from a 2 night stay at the White House Hotel. Its was Absolutely Amazing. The moment you walk in Everything is Excellent. The greeting, the room,the service you receive,Breakfast is Amazing! And we can't wait to return.An Absolute 10 out of 10.Can't recommend this hotel enough, it's Fantastic!

Choice of breakfast

The White House has a gorgeous art collection and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and the drawing room made a lovely space to relax.

Hosts were lovely people free parking was a bonus very near the town and beach. Hotel was very clean and modern and the breakfasts were divine

Property is just fabulous with great personality. Rooms are so luxurious and comfortable. Loved the lounge area to relax and have a drink. Fabulous hospitality and warm welcome . Yo-yo was an absolute delight to meet and looked after us at breakfast which was delicious and kept our room gorgeous. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend

very tiring with all the...

i find it hard to believe that the hotel has a 5 star rating. they knew we had mobility issues but there was no offer of assistance to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. With a 5 star rating I would expect a full english breakfast to be available. tea/coffee and milk in the room very limited. ie 3 satchets of milk between 2 of us for 24 hours thats not even 2 cups each per day each. no air conditioning and bedroom windows unable to open

Great view in the room, lovely and clean, Nicholas was a great host, very polite and welcoming.

The hairdryer needs replacing, unfortunately trying to dry my hair was very hard, the hairdryer got very hot very quickly and I think if others were to use it, it may cause a hazard. The WIFI could do with improving one minute it works and then the next it cuts off, which affects the TV signal, minor things but apart from that it was nice room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Yo, who looked after us during our stay. The room with the sea view was lovely. Clean. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Breakfast, although not your traditional cooked breakfast, was very tasty. Good range of choices, and beautifully presented. Would love to stay again if we came back to Newquay. X

Over £500 for a box room called the Library? Not very comfortable at all, breakfast was fancy stuff if you like that but nothing special. The car park at the front was a nightmare ended up with 2 dings in my door due to the spaces are so small. The WiFi doesn’t work at the top of the floors. You can’t hang your clothes up so living out of your case.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.Room was absolutely spotless.Would definitely recommend this place to people and would definitely stay again.

Shower upgrade would be recommended. Water output poor but that's only a minor issue.
