it was lovely, staff were friendly, breakfast was great and the cocktails fantastic!

We loved our stay here. Beautiful room with stunning views, super friendly staff, great food and fantastic location.

A lift would have made the experience even more perfect.

Fab hotel, lovely decor, and all creature comforts, lovely sea view from the bedroom. Very clean and everything you need - great facilities. We ate in the evening in the pub side of the hotel, good menu choice. Relaxed and lovely view. We have visited before and had a meal in the main restaurant which was also lovely. You can also use the pool and gym if you are a guest.we didn't but a nice option to have.its quite far from the town, but it is lovely and quiet, so perfect for us. You can easily drive or get a taxi or walk if the weather is good.lovely touches- bathroom toiletries are lovely and feel luxurious- shower powerful which is great, complementary water in the room, biscuits and tea coffee etc- hairdryer also in the room and mini fridge.

£25 for breakfast with no cold meats & no fresh fruit, £10 would be more realistic!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The spa facilities were lovely.

The restaurant prices were extortionate for the portion sizes

I could imagine parking at the hotel in the summer would be luck of the draw. But for us no issues as we stayed in January.

not very accessible to the town centre if you wanted to visit newquay often.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views, breakfast was really nice and the food and drinks in the Bay Bar although a bit pricey were fantastic. Spa is an added bonus.

The room was very warm at times but there was no thermostat to change the temperature, minor issue as I would rather be too warm than cold!

Staff very good. Room very comfortable but bit chilly.

The weather was very cold and I think someone forgot to put the heating on on the 3 rd floor

Hotel was clean, good location, friendly staff

Spa was very minimal which is such a shame as we feel it lets the rest of the hotel down, no loungers to be able to just lay & chill, being part of the Gaia chain & stayed at Boringdon hall many of times we had high expectations of fistral spa which turned to be disappointing

Welcome was very warm when arriving later than planned. Friendly staff made sure we knew what was available and when

Beach frontage was great. Breakfast overlooking the waves super.

Fabulous hotel stayed here many times, fabulous location . Parking can be a little bit of an issue so try and pre-book your parking before arrival if possible. In short, we love the place!

Very clean, tidy and contemporary- the team were very welcoming, knowledgeable and very friendly.

The rooms were exceedingly hot even with the radiator off and windows open in January!!!

Such a nice location and lovely facilities. Loved the pool and jacuzzi!

Sea facing room was very cold, couldnt use bath or shower as was like a fridge, so showered in spa. Radiators luke warm even on max. Many guests in same position also complained and we were given electric radiator.Evening meal extremely disappointing, ridiculously small portions and totally overpriced for what you get. Bar food looked better option, but we went to local restaurant (Fish House) on 2nd night and had amazing meal.Having paid extra for sea view with balcony and dinner package dont feel got what paid for, bit disappointed!
