Nothing the staff were not helpful, and as for the room we took one look and left we did not stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody

Location was fantastic, room bright and clean, tea/coffee and kettle, bottles of water and biscuits all provided. Bathroom could do with a little update however towels and toiletries all provided. Bed was very comfortable.

We were allocated room 224Parking was limited, but we could use a side street Lighting didnt work - lamps or bulbs didnt work Bathroom extractor fan didnt switch off Shower was poor the feeding pipe was kinked had to manually hold it to obtian pressure No fans Room was far to hot Seagulls tapping on the window not sure why Insufficent coffee sachets but plenty of milk

Stayed on 2 occasions. The first experience was better as they upgraded my room to a double in a quieter corridor. The second stay in the small single room was a little more challenging as there was a main corridor door directly outside my room ,and there was obviously being used for other customers to access their rooms . The door was a little noisy which was a little annoying.

I did not see the property in day light so unable to give an option

The location, how spacious the room was, and more importantly, how quiet and peaceful it was in the evening.

I couldn't fault anything.

I was put in what was probably a store cupboard. Every floorboard in the whole place creaked. Was kept awake all night with people running along the corridor knocking on bedroom doors. Floor boards creaking upstairs with guest walking up and down all night. I was very scared. Place was scruffy and tatty. Tv didn't work. Left the next morning, and never been able to get my money back. Appalling!

Very easy check in, free parking, very comfortable room, good free wifi. Was ideal for an overnight work trip.

Very polite and welcoming. Done everything to make my stay very enjoyable. Will definitely be staying again.Close walking distance to local area, only had to drive if going further a field.

I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel. My experience was appalling. On my second night, there was a large party or function being held downstairs, and the noise in my room was unbearable — constant bass and loud music that made it impossible to relax or sleep.When I asked about the noise, I was told several different finishing times: first 10 pm, then 11 pm, and finally midnight. The music didn’t stop until after 12:30 am. At that point, I decided to leave the hotel altogether and had to find another place to stay after midnight.When I went downstairs to raise my concerns, I was met with verbal abuse from members of staff — including the manager, who was clearly intoxicated. The situation escalated further when staff began swearing at me. I have video evidence of this incident, including footage of the manager being aggressive and confrontational. Even guests from the party who didn’t know me confirmed that the manager was drunk and behaving unprofessionally.Despite everything that happened, the hotel has refused to refund me for the night I didn’t stay. The entire experience was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

The room was a good size. It was easy to control the temperature. The breakfast was nice.

Not that you can change this, the view wasn't great as the room was at the rear, plus in the main room the windows were narrow and high level.

Convenient, and adequate value for money. Staff helpful and friendly!

TV would not turn off....solution offered was to change room! Single rooms compact (small!!), and although there are some drawers, a shelf or two in the wardrobe might be helpful.

The staff were very helpful and offered us suggestions about how to get to where we wanted to go. The room was clean and the bed good. The most important thing to me. I also felt safe there even though it was a busy weekend.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it was clean and good value.

My single room was a little small and my only criticism is the room above was not sound proofed and the floor boards were noisy every time he moved it was like he was in my room. Overall good.

Flimsy walls, could hear everything from the room next door and above. Creaky floors, particularly in bathroom.

Basic room but had all I required, good to find a relatively inexpensive room in Newquay

No breakfast available. There is a community kitchen but as people keep nicking things from it there was no enough cutlery etc. I didn't use it so can't vouch for the appliances, but there is a cooker, microwave and washing machine. Plenty of places to get breakfast in Newquay though.

Easy hotel to find and location was ideal for us as it wasn't too far to walk into town. Receptionist was great and very helpful regarding places to drink / eat etc.

Not the fault of the hotel but a staff shortage meant that the bar couldn't be opened on our second night. The bathroom in my room was a bit tired to say the least.
