Clean room, beautiful decor.

No air conditioning, no lift

The beds were comfortable, room a good size.

There were dusty areas, the bed in the biggest room was not in the right place. Everyday we kept knocking our leg into the bed end wooden base.There was no air conditioning, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or a robe. There was no toilet roll holder. Toilet rolls were placed behind the toilet. Which made it hard for me especially to crab it. As I had a bad lower back and it made it more uncomfortable. The smallest single room was extremely small for the price. It said it has a beach view. It didn't really have that. The double twin room with single beds, had a very noisy shower, I could hear it from my king size bed bedroom. Each time the teenagers had a shower it was keeping us awake and it was disturbing.

Great location, views, room comfort and lovely Cornish breakfast. Very friendly staff and the layout with villas and apartments make it a great setup to accompany the normal hotel complex. Very versatile and great for family and friend colocation breaks. I will definitely use again.

Having arrived back at the hotel at 20:00 the restaurant wasn't open a Saturday evening and due to demand we couldn't get a taxi into town to go to a restaurant in time. Now we know, we would preplan for future visits.

Great location, quiet and near Porth beach but just a short drive to town centre. Lovely hotel, clean and refurbished. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, fast WiFi and plenty of parking.

Bathroom had mould on the ceiling.

The breakfast was good with many options, buffet style with cooked choices too. I liked the way my gluten free toast was served separately. The hotel was very clean throughout, it looked to have been fairly recently refurbished.

Initially we were disappointed with the room, as the photo had appeared to show a better room, but this quickly passed, as we had a great view and everything else was fine.We partly chose the hotel because we thought that we could book evening meals, which we couldn't. However, that was probably a mistake on our part.

Clean, parking, staff was outgoing and friendly, nice bar.

We had a comfortable room, that was a good size and had a beach view. The bathroom was very clean and had a good shower. The hotel had a lovely pool but we didn’t use it. We found a parking space but there certainly wasn’t much to spare. The location was great for us as we were visiting family close by.

There is no lift available but we were offered help with our bags, which we declined. It is a consideration for people with limited mobility.

Room & bed on small side. Although main hotel areas have been recently decorated & updated, bedrooms would benefit from same.

The staff were extremely helpful. Having arrived late evening they ordered a take away for us and provided us with cutlery & crockery.

Located near Porth Beach the hotel is just outside of Newquay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good but not memorable.

Seemed overpriced compared to other hotels we've stayed in the area.
