Very clean and comfortable with welcoming owners and staff. Managed to park on the forecourt and enjoyed using the pool table in the bar.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable guest house. Very spacious family room. Well-located in central Newquay. Efficient and friendly staff. Quite a few of the other guests were repeat/regular guests - always a good sign. Decent breakfast included in price - very good value for money. Would definitely stay again. Can be tricky to park outside the guesthouse because its a popular central area but that's to be expected and really wasn't an issue - there are plenty of car parks nearby.

Lovely location, friendly staff. Upgraded us to sea view room free of charge. Good breakfast.

best of the best ! we had wonderful time . beds was So comfy. breakfast delicious . room was perfectly clean , we had everything in . staff was absolutely amazing and lovely. definitely we will come back . recommended for everyone , stay in there is worth it . very well done for you !!! we will be miss you guys !

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was tastefully decorated & spotlessly clean. We had to leave early on our last day, but Margaret, the owner, was more than happy to give us an early breakfast.

If I had to be picky, I would say it was hard to get the shower to stay at a set temperature & it could be more powerful, but this wouldn't put us off from staying again.

The room and facilities were delightful, and the staff welcoming, helpful and very quick serving breakfast.....which was lovely.

In a perfect world, one of the sea views rooms!

Central location, we had a great sea view in our room, nice touch of a couple of chairs in the window to sit in. Owners very welcoming and kind. Breakfast had great choice and full English was nice. We would stay again if down this way.

We can't really comment on anything we didn't like. It was a lovely place.

It's a lovely location, looking out to sea from my balcony is a pleasure, even in the rain!The rooms are a good size and I find the beds very comfortable Always a warm welcome. Whenever I have to overnight in Newquay I look to stay here first.

I'd love it if breakfast was earlier but I travel for work so appreciate this isn't needed for most of their guests Everything else is spot on ☺️

Our recent stay in Newquay was absolutely fantastic, largely due to the incredible hospitality we received. The owners, Margaret and Owen are hard working couple caring about all the guests. The whole place is always spotlessly clean, making it a pleasure to return to each time. All the staff are super friendly, a big thank you to Natalie and John. The view from the window simple incredible...The breakfast very big and delicious! We absolutely loved this guest house! Margaret and Owen are wonderful hosts so welcoming and friendly. We did a last-minute trip from Devon with our 14-year-old son and honestly had the best evening in the bar, playing pool and chatting with them.The room was spotless, breakfast was perfect, and the location couldn’t be better. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the best stays we’ve ever had we’ll definitely be back!Thank you, Margaret and Owen, for really adding to our getaway.
