Pros +
- Prime location for hotel, room was clean but saw a (https://images.app.goo.gl/9BZi6qf8A53vGbVdA) in the bathroom tub on next day morning. Breakfast was good, Confectionery items were hot. Hot breakfast had variety and taste good. Staff was co-operative and quick to action the requests and welcoming guests.
- The location ( bus stop for the airport was right in front of the hotel, only a few minutes walk to the town centre and close to the coast walking trails). The room was spotless and quiet, staff pleasant and helpful.
- Lovely stay, great location with fields to walk the dogs. Practically next to Tesco which is incredibly handy! Just up the road from the main town. And also incredible views. The food was great, staff very friendly and chatty and amazing views of the sea on the cliffs.
Cons -
- Fruit in breakfast could have been better and did not taste well.
- The rooms are not equipped with AC.
- Building site next door (tho ugly view, noise didn’t bother me) and breakfast was chaos with 2 coaches of German holidaymakers descending at once!

A great sea view swimming pools a sauna was very nice
The property has massive family rooms complete with what you’ll need for families with kids of any age. It’s very near to a walkable trail park with lovely view of the sea. Close to the town and train station. They have heated indoor and (unheated) outdoor pools. The staff are very accommodating.
The rooms are not equipped with AC.
The lady on reception and the night porter were just lovely. Rooms so comfy. Location perfect. Great value for money. I already can't wait until my next stay.
Friendly front desk staff, nice room, very clean indeed.

Very conveniently located for my night out. Importantly clean and comfortable. Would use again - hopefully if a longer stay!
Location
Staff weren’t very helpful. Advised we couldn’t use safe as it was locked, they said they would sort it, they didn’t. Came back to room after being out for the day and found our door had been left open by house keeping. Got blocked in by another vehicle in car park, staff were in no rush to sort it, had to wait 30 minutes before we could access our vehicle. Windows didn’t shut in the room. The view from the room was a building site, which came with a 7-30am alarm call each day when they started work!
Everything. The location , the proximity to town, the fact that the 56 bus to airport stops outside the door, that the leisure and sauna facilities are free and most importantly the very fair price charged for a sea view room.
Tiny rooms, rude staff on check in. No water in rooms. Bathroom tiny shower doesn't work properly ( I told reception and they said all showers are the same) small uncomfortable beds tiny changing rooms in pool areas ( too small for 2 people) breakfast cold unappetising
Everything about the hotel i didn't like ( bar area was ok)
The friendly staff and the pool and sauna
The hotel was conveniently located for what we needed and the staff were lovely and friendly!
The room was very hot with minimal air flow and it was very loud when trying to get to sleep, we could quite easily hear the other guests moving about their rooms
The staff were nice, it was clean and the shower was good
The parking was the absolute worst, we were told we need to move our car out of the car park and park 15 mins away down a side street in front of some random persons house. The location was awful, out our window was a building site which we were not told about. We barely slept because you could hear every single noise going on around you. You could hear people flushing the toilet above you, people’s tv’s on from all sides, people walking about and then outside the window you could hear the tarp from the construction site flapping about, and clanging on the metal scaffolding.
Not much. Rude staff, paper thin walls in room could hear everything in rooms all around us. Rude staff, no bar food, wouldn’t turn on the TV in the bar and when asked can they show the football you would swear I was speaking Chinese to the girl behind the pool
All the above
Very nicely decorated in the communal areas. Very clean and modern.
Nothing to think of.
Loved loved loved this hotel..lovely staff ?good location ,lovely breaky n a pool fab
Loved everything about it ,so nothing bad to say
The staff were excellent. The waiter with the long hair was excellent and the main receptionist was great! Really friendly and nothing was a problem. The pool needs an update. The paint is cracking and peeling and makes it look dated.
Location
How hot the rooms was and the fact my room was on the back end of a building site so it was noisy also felt the menu wasn't great
it was close to town and see front
room to small bed to small noise of main road .on Sunday it was help your self at breakfast on the Monday it was plated and brought out not in pressed with the portion control.
