Staff were super friendly and loved the dog! Room was equipped for humans and pooches. Breakfast was good as was the evening meal. Drink and food well priced.Wonderful atmosphere in the bar area with a toasty log burner.Views awesome. Very close to the beach.

My continental breakfast was disappointing, but all other food and breakfasts were great.

Fabulous location, chilled vibe in the hotel, wonderful breakfast room and breakfast options.

Did not like having hot breakfast in one room and having to go into next room to get a cup of tea. Because we had a dog and tea station was in another room

We have returned to his hotel annually for a number of years now and everytime we have a great time.

The pilliows were uncomfortable (personal preference) not sure if possible could acoustic seals be put on the door frames to reduce outside noise. Due to doors being old this is a quick solution to reduce noise travel.

Felt very welcomed into the hotel, nothing too much trouble. Staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Great stay in a stunning location. Great value for money. Will be coming back - thanks

Perfect location (ocean & golf link views), superb bed, funky contemporary decor, laid back vibe, friendly & attentive staff - shout out to Steph who is so welcoming & - lovely food. Car park. We’ve stayed here before & we will be back!

The only thing (& this is minor!) is that the heater in our room was noisy in the night when it was regulating. We altered the temp setting for the rest of the stay so it wasn’t functioning overnight

Lovely bar area and views, friendly staff, not too busy

Had to ask for bedding to be changed as it was stained but were happy to do so and it was done quickly. The only negative was the bathroom door not being solid and had no lock. Even after 30 years together this was far too see through for even us!

I stayed for one night. I was there for a surf Memorial presentation, which was at the Hotel. On arrival the young guy at reception was lovely and very welcoming.My room was clean and the bed comfy. With tea, coffee and milk. No biscuits or brown sugar. The bathroom was clean. Everything was great. I will certainly stay again.

I can't complain about anything. All was good.

Oceanside was a really good find. We booked very last minute. Firstly the location is amazing. You overlook Fistral Beach which was so nice to wake up to every morning. The main town is just round the corner. All the staff get a 10 out of 10. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay great. The breakfast was fantastic every morning. There was plenty of choices from cereals, yoghurt, prunes, apricots, toast, jam, marmalade, tea, coffee, full English, porridge, Eggs Florentine, Eggs Benedict , scrambled eggs, poached eggs, pancakes and vegetarian and vegan breakfasts.

Perfect in every way! Clean, modern, tidy, great location! Very comfortable!

The check out at 10 o clock is a bit early! 11am would have been much easier, so we could clean up more before we left.

Old property, so thin walls .. but overall guest were respectful.. so not too bad ..

Waited at reception to check in (we were early), found someone to help. Being a couple of a certain age we use the bathroom several times at night, switching the light on for safety reasons. The light shone into the bedroom each time which was quite disruptive to a good night's sleep. Assuming the bathroom/bedroom can't be reconfigured, softer lighting might help

Staff were very friendly and helpful had family not staying over for breakfast and they sorted a nice big table for us and were very flexible

Parking could be in the price

Amazing location staff are fabulous. Food is great too. Love how dog friendly they are too. The outside fire pits are a great addition. Second visit we will 100% be back. Soon we hope.
