The hotel has a relaxing vibe: spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, soft lighting — it's easy to unwind here. Quiet corridors and soundproof walls make for a good night's sleep.

The downside is the cleaning. On the second day, the trash bin hadn't been emptied, dusty clumps were under the table, and towels were only replaced after we asked. For the price, I expected better attention to detail.

We were moved to the sister property and our room has a fridge it in which was an ABSOLUTE game changer! The staff are amazing and so accommodating and great at communicating.

I genuinely don’t have any points to add here.I’ll absolutely be back again! I haven’t been disappointed on either of my stays.

Clean, bright, and cozy room. Comfortable bed — slept great. Café and shop nearby, everything within reach. Friendly staff — helped with luggage and allowed late checkout.

It was in a central location to Newquay and the beaches

I was moved to a property I hadn’t booked without explanation, not given sufficient instructions on how to check in (there were no staff and the phone numbers I was given weren’t working). I felt unsafe, no lock on the room door, massive gap under the door, shady characters. The room looked clean to begin with but the duvet had literal mould on it and the bed topper had stains on it and the throw cushions had not been cleaned recently. There was no bedside lamp so I had to sleep with the main lights on as I felt unsafe in the complete dark.

Clean and cozy hotel with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and good Wi-Fi. Kettle and fridge in the room, quick check-in. Quiet at night, comfortable for sleeping.

There’s a musty smell from the carpet. Bathroom feels damp after showering. Cleaning is superficial — dust on shelves, hair on the floor.

Great hotel for a quiet stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, fresh linens. Peaceful in the evenings — good for sleeping. Friendly staff, quick responses. All essentials provided: kettle, hairdryer, solid Wi-Fi. Convenient location near bus stops and shops.

Thin walls — you can hear neighbours talking, footsteps in the hall, and TV noise from next door. Feels like you’re sharing the room, even when alone.

Room was perfectly clean and tidy, shower was superb. Easy to get in and out and we were lucky enough to park along the next road. Easy walking distance to Newquay shops and beaches.

Traffic was incredibly noisy all night.

Heater was on full when entered the room and it must have been 40'! A little to hot and remained so all night, even with the window open.When booking for a couple, a bunk bed above the main bed was not necessary, and caused a few painful head bumps.

The hotel left a pleasant impression: everything was neat, calm, and unpretentious. The room was well cleaned, the bed comfortable, and the shower had steady warm water. The staff was polite and unobtrusive.

The kettle was full of limescale, and the mini-fridge had a stale smell, as if it hadn’t been clean ed in a while.

We stayed for a couple of nights and didn’t regret it for a second. The hotel is perfect for a peaceful stay: clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and a genuinely welcoming vibe. The staff is calm, polite, and never overbearing.

There aren’t enough power outlets near the bed—we had to use an extension cord.

Felt like I was in a teenage boys room. I was in a shared bathroom and when I checked in the bathroom was filthy. Shower was filled with sand.
