great quiet location with very comfortable room and great grounds for relaxing. Lounge area was great to relax in and the dining area included an area in a conservatory. Lovely meals and great service and friendly staff

should have stayed longer!!!

Location was incredible and the hotel bedroom afforded us amazing views. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and inventive.

Nice location, overlooking bay (wish I’d had more time but arrived late and had work in the morning). Great breakfast.

Parking was a bit tight, but they are popular.

Food was superb. Staff could not do enough for you. Fantastic location and views. An absolute gem of a place to stay. The hotel is right on the bay so that you can hear the sea all of the time-wonderful.

A great location a short walk from the village centre, overlooking the bay. Had a dual-aspect large room on the second floor, which is within the "roof space". Being tall, I had to be careful not to hit the sloping ceiling, or the lower than normal ceiling in the bathroom. If you're really tall you probably don't want such a room! Enjoyed a nice dinner as well as a very hearty cooked breakfast. The hotel appears well-run with attentive and efficient staff. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Nothing negative to report. I failed to get the standard terrestrial TV channels in the room.

Staff in the hotel were amazing with the dogs. It was in a great location as it's right next to the beach and also the harbour. Loved how it's so dog friendly, and everyone is just genuinely nice and friendly.

Service for food at restaurant. Servers need more training. Sat for 20 minutes before acknowledged. Very slow.

Nice front lawn area. Hevva restaurant is fantastic. Nice staff.

Bathroom could do with an update.

Breakfast was amazing, great views, lovely beach about 20 metres away with plenty of fish to catch.

Absolutely nothing

I met up with friends. It was most comfortable and staff were excellent. The Manageress in particular was charming and attentive.

We arrived later than anticipated. The reception manager arranged for room service & was very helpful. The view from the room was fabulous & the biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Location, sea views, great food and staff

Nothing. Not a complaint as such as I never reported it but there was a daily aroma of drains in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose. It was manageable with the window open. Only mentioning it to alert the staff to resolve for future guests.

The super friendly staff. The exceptional breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel and the welcome the staff gave our dog!

The hotel is in the best location in Coverack…staff could not be more friendly .. we were upgraded to a fabulous room with the best sea view Delicious food

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent breakfast with a range of choices. The views from the hotel are amazing and the sun loungers overlooking the bay are a lovely way to relax after a day’s walking along the coastal path. The staff are kind and helpful. Great start to our holiday.

Staff were helpful & friendly and the food was delicious

We got upgraded to a slightly bigger room than we booked - it was fine but for the rate per night the furniture looked cheap, minimal decor, the shower was poor and towels were thin. There was a combi shampoo/shower wash and no body lotion etc which I would expect for over £200 a night. Service could be slow in the restaurant, with my partner having to find someone to serve us breakfast one morning after waiting over 10 mins. Additionally, there were dead flies on some tables, & the ones not in use were shoved into a corner. This didn’t give a nice atmosphere that you would hope for when main courses are £25+. Overall it was a nice enough place if you were paying ~£100 a night but feel they were too reliant on the lovely settings & lack of competition than maintaining the hotel to the standards expected for the price point.

Really comfortable bedroom with a sea view. Beautiful gardens overlooking the sea and possibility to eat out and enjoy the garden, view and fresh air.
