Modern stylish comfortable and clean. The staff could not do enough for you.

It was perfect

Overnight stay and the room wass very good. Did not have an evening meal at the hotel but did have breakfast which was a typical hotel buffet breakfast

The room was lovely and the bed was comfy.

There was nowhere to have a coffee and snack in the afternoon.

I don’t drink much Beer but was very surprised to find only one draft beer was available, returned later to find that had run out to, only bottles.

Location was good. Easy to get to.

We froze. The room was heated by air con. And blown heat. No instructions on fan options. Fan started blowing cold air randomly through the night and the tog of the quilt was very thin. No blanket. Turned fan off and shivered. Hardly slept. Only 2 tea bags in room. Had to go down to breakfast to get some and some more milk. No biscuits. Very poor facilities in that sense.

Welcoming, comfortable room, good variety at buffet breakfast. Excellent labelling of allergens and availability of gf bread.

Great staff, spaces, facilities and room was well appointed. Great travel location on the freeman. Easily recommend this stay and great value for money.

Easy to find , plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Our room was a good size and bed, duvet and pillows very comfortable. Accessed Oxford via nearest park and ride- very cheap! Bar open and restaurant available if required. We stayed over new year- there was little noise where the room was located. Very clean and bathroom supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Tea and coffee in the room. Access to vending machines 24 hours too.

I was disappointed with the meal I chose- not good value. Also hot breakfast was Luke warm and eggs overcooked. There were other options available freshly cooked if desired though.

Very modern, excellent room and all very clean.

Had dinner for two nights. Would score 5 out of 10, as not cooked well, wrong food in Linguine and other, food not made well and not hot.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

There wasn't always someone at the reception desk, and didn't seem to be a bell or anything to reach them.

The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable and the ambience in the bar was excellent especially for a solo traveller.

The cooked breakfast was ok but was a little on the cool side and the bacon was fatty and dry.

The restaurant staff were brilliant

No bitter available at the bar and barman somewhat miserable

Nice & modern hotel, comfortable clean and spacious room, the bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep.Pleasant Dinner and breakfast experience with friendly staff.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we were visiting the area.

The check in experience was not good, the receptionist was initially friendly but then her attitude changed towards us as the booking apparently didnt show we had booked half board. She then waved us away without any directions, breakfast instructions or advising us to register our parking!

Generally clean and pleasant. Decent breakfast.

Safe didn't work so hard clearly not been checked before our arrival. It didn't work. Able to change rooms following day to one that worked but obviously that involved a bit of hassle.Seemed to be a sports bar/lounge so if you wanted to relax on the sofas, you had no choice but to watch/hear the TV.
