Amazing personal and great value for clean room with huge bathroom as well as nice breakfast.

The bet was slightly bit harder than we would like.

Location, Food for either lunch or dinner, Beds are very soft and comfortable, Showers are large and are supplied with products, breakfast in a fridge.

Price is always tricky but the location to Milton Park compensates this expense.

Location is super close to Milton Park, Food is great I love the food there. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is provided in the fridge and is all fresh.

I can't see how a pub that is nice but not spectacular can charge £117.This is more a £75-85 room, £117 is just taking advantage of the location to Milton Park and the workers that have to travel into Milton Park which is disappointing as I do like the pub and the staff.

Very welcoming staff, lovely room. Breakfast is basic but perfectly adequate. Pub also stocks (very) local beers, for those who like to sample local products wherever they travel.

Location: In walking distance from Milton Park. Quiet but friendly atmosphere and warm/welcoming staff. Food is great at the pub. An iron box and board would be a great addition to the room.

Good to have: Fresh hot breakfast as opposed to what is provided in the room fridge.

Beautiful pub. Great location, and great food. Breakfast is supplied in you room and is more than enough, continental style breakfast. Easy to get to Milton Park if you are working there.

The room is very expensive for what it is. £117 for a room in a pub and for what you get this is very high. I would see this as a £75 room as you do get breakfast included.

Very nice and helpful staff and owners, very clean, cozy and quiet room with a large bathroom and shower. Very conveniently located close to Milton Park.

Maybe the shower drain could be improved, but there is not much to complain really.

Breakfast was good. Service and customer care was very good

My only issue was that my room was effected by the smells from the kitchen.

The manager was very friendly, the food was excellent and the room comfortable and clean.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Dinner was excellent, a great choice of food. There were 6 of us and we all enjoyed our dinner

We would have really enjoyed having breakfast with our friends. We get together every year for a break so quality time is important.

The bed was comfortable, the shower room spacious and the new air conditioning was efficient and quiet.

The extractor fan from the kitchen was very noisy and the smell got trapped in the shower room. Fortunately the fan was switched off at 8.30pm when the kitchen closed for the night. The continental breakfast was generous but we had chosen a pub with breakfast thinking it would be a cooked breakfast.

Very homely, had everything we needed for a short stay, lovely room with plenty of space.

The facilities, breakfast etc were excellent. This was spoilt however by the temperature of the room.

The room (room 5) was extremely hot, unbearably so. It affected our quality of sleep. Due to hot weather on Friday we thought this would be cooler the second night, however this wasn't the case. If we'd been staying longer then I would have requested a room change.

Comfortable room and nice bar area inside and out.

Breakfast in room only cold items in fridge. So would not call it breakfast.When meeting other friend’s there. No way to get together.

Lovely country inn , very friendly owners made us feel welcome , nice food excellent service in resturant, staff attentive and helpful

Breakfast was disappointing , it was set up in the bedroom , fruit looked a bit past its sell by,croissant’s were rubbery and obviously cold , meat offered was processed ,away with friends so unable to have breakfast together people need to be aware of this before they book I probably didn’t look!

No air conditioning, fan provided was very noisy and not effective

Room was absolutely spotless. Every day the breakfast goods are restocked along with clean bedsheets and towels. As a bonus there was a folk music session in the pub below on our last night - quiet enough that it couldn't be heard in the room but wonderful to listen to them downstairs! It's obvious a lot of time and care is put into the place. We'd definitely return in future.

The fan in the room was fairly hopeless against the unfortunate 30+ degree heat, so could maybe do with an upgrade - but this is a minor thing for such a great stay.

Bed mattress was very hard
