efficient check-in process, nice spacious room (stayed in suite) and private location of hotel.

Limited space to relax and have a drink at the bar. Only table available was at the entrance hall to the hotel, which was fine but not ideal. All other tables were reserved or full.

Room was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of space and comfortable, also quiet.Excellent choice of breakfast and not too expensive.Dinner was very good,

Drinks were a little expensive.View from room window was poor, looking over a flat roof with lots of air conditioning units on it.

Very good,we had a lovely friendly greeting from all staff followed by a surprise upgrade to a wonderful room overlooking the rear paddock. We have an electric car and we're very happy with the easy operation of the onsite charging facility. Although we didn't partake in any food as we had prior arrangements in place the food we did see looked really appetising. All in all Very good

We didn't realise how close it was to Legoland (we stayed to visit Lapland UK) so will be staying here next time as it's a million times nicer than the hotel. We needed a room for 2 adults and 2 children but the family rooms were booked up so they gave us 2 linked rooms which was really helpful. The bar staff were extremely friendly and even made up a plate of chips for my children even though the kitchen had closed (we arrived later than expected). Very happy and will definitely stay again

The staff went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. The room was spotless with a huge comfortable bed and a stunning views

Lovely cosy room, great location to Lapland UK.

The noise - we were warned there was a party on but were put in a quiet room however the neighbours watched their tv really loud from 7:30pm until 1am. With a little girl in the room it was hard to sleep.

Stayed here for the night before visiting Lapland. Arrived in the evening we were able to be seated for dinner which was delicious. Our room was spotlessly clean and super spacious. Bathroom and bath and huge shower - spoilt. Comfortable bed and so quiet didn’t hear a sound. To finish breakfast the next morning had a good variety children well fed and eggs were cooked perfectly. Thank you very much we look forward to finding an excuse to return!

Desk and restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They are the reason we will be back. Special kudos to the restaurant manager who kept things under control and always with a smile

Staff were amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Location was perfect for Lapland Uk. Rooms were beautiful and spotless. Dinner was delicious.
