Disappointing

I stayed in a cabin room, the bathroom was bigger than the room. The lack of space made it uncomfortable. The bed was not that comfortable

This is a beautiful and well maintained hotel that was spotlessly clean! The room was completely up today with plenty of power points and USB connections. The hotel does not have a restaurant but recommends various places within walking distance for breakfast. It has a canteen for use of customers who wish to bring a meal back to the hotel. There are free coffee and tea making facilities 24/7.

Only one of us managed to have a warm shower on our second day as the hot water had run out

Clean, comfortable, nice rooms, central for everything, free coffee machine, nice seating area and bar, parked at Top ‘o’ town car park arrived 4pm left 9am next morning £3.70 to park bargain three minutes walk to hotel easy peasy.

Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed.

No breakfast. Milk left in fridge was off.

It was very comfortable especially the beds and there was a lovely big area on the ground floor which had comfortable sofas and there was a separate eating area where you could eat your own bring in food.

The shower the controls were behind shower door so you had to stand in the shower to use controls bit dangerous if the person before has left it up high as the hot water was nice and hot

The body wash in the bathroom was very hard to pump out

They were extraordinarily helpful. My husband was in the hospital down the street and everyone on staff was happy to assist with anything I needed. They were knowledgeable about the area and where to find things since my stay had been extended. I can't thank them enough for all their support and assistance through a difficult time.

I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator but being a historical building within the area they are in, they couldn't modify it to accommodate one. I just got some extra exercise.

My stay was ok

The fact that it says in the advert that parking is included, however, once accom is confirmed parking is not included and you have the hassle of booking on 'Just park' which means you need to download the App if dont already have this then it is difficult to book if you don't use apple pay. It took me an hour and a half to book parking for our trainer and £11.80 !! Wouldn't book them again unless it was absolutely necessary with no other accommodation available.

The location and how cozy the room I got. I like the bed and I had a good sleep.

There's nothing not to like spot on

You could not get breakfast at the hotel but there was a few places within 5 minutes walk for a breakfast. And if you like a cheap option witherspoons is 3 minutes down the road!!

All I can say is no breakfast at the hotel ! Everything else was great including the parking behind the hotel .

Ideal location as a ‘stop’ en route to our final destination. Great welcome at reception. Lovely room, very comfortable. The hot drinks ‘station’ was a very nice ‘extra’ facility for guests. The pre stay information emails (eg re parking, nearby restaurants etc) we’re very helpful

Room was cold even the radiator worked 24/7..
