Beautiful decor, good food and excellent friendly helpful staff

My bedroom was a dream....the wee lamb roomSpotless, comfortable, and beautiful decor

There is only a small cosy bar - which is lovely - but it would be nice to have another few chairs or couches in the communal reception area for other guests. ....this is not a complaint just an observation

The food was absolutely delicious, dinner and breakfast. Staff where very polite and helpful, great atmosphere about the place and very peaceful.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Went over and above: allowed early check-in so we could get ready for a wedding we were attending, and got us water when we got back that night. Rooms are very comfortable, great to have so much choice at breakfast (great veggie options).

Location. Pub and breakfast were great.

Rooms were too hot. I eventually had to leave a note to not open the shades as they were letting in the sun and made room way too hot. The bathroom didn’t have a shade at all so was like a sauna when we got up due to the sun which was miserable. When we left at 5:00 am on the Sunday a young still drunk young guy without a shirt really nice hotel was wandering your halls asking for a lift. That was a little disconcerting.

Such a beautifully put together and stylish hotel. I was impressed by its decor, customer service, amazing restaurant, comfy bed, breakfast and mod-cons. Just amazing!! Will stay there again if I’m ever in Ayr.

The staff are the stars of the hotel, they go above and beyond to help you.The rooms are spectacular with details and cleanliness.We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked June and December....

We liked everything about the hotel...cannot fault it...location, staff, rooms, food the list is endless.The staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem for them. They go over and above to make your stay amazing.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Exceptional old fashioned service. We stayed in "The Equestrian room" and the attention to detail was phenomenal. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.

The staff went above and beyond to make their guests happy and welcome- very accommodating!

Shower hose only stayed at one setting and the radiators ticked through the night.

Only criticism was bar a bit on the small side. Probably only seats for about 20 folk so difficult to get a seat. Defo would describe as cosy!!

Excellent meals, parking and very friendly staff.

The room tea and coffee facilities, lack of really. 1 each of a tea bag, a peppermint tea bag and a breakfast tea bag for 2 people rediculous. We bought our own pack.On the coffee side 2 packs of filter cofffee for use in a filter coffee machine. Again I bought my own jar of decaf coffee.

Friendly welcoming staff. Decor and design. I was in Rabbie Burns Room.Spotless. Everything thoughtful and considerate.Breakfast in morning was exceptional and kept me going all day.
