Pros +
- Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Efficient.
- The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
- The restaurant downstairs was good
Cons -
- No onion reception most of the time.
- No, everything was great.
- Heating/cooling control remote needs replaced. Couldn’t read the screen because it was too dim. Bathroom light is too bright and because it’s on a motion sensor, it puts too much light into the room in the middle of the night

Checkin was seamless. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location was exactly where we needed it to be. Absolutely no negatives and I'd book again in a heartbeat.
It was a nice room
They offered me an upgrade to a room with a bath tub, which I took. but there was no hot water. It was only lukewarm when I phoned about it. She said that the way it is, I insisted that something be done. She phoned back and said the maintenance man was busy doing other things. The day I was leaving, I ran into one of the housekeeping staff, who was very nice and told her about not having any hot water. She said oh he was in your room yesterday and did something. No one bothered to tell me that they had turned up the hot water so I never did get a hot bath. Poorly run facility.
Quality room
Chexk in procedure, no staff in site but a phone in reception links tou to a call centre
Clean and comfortable
Noise. Fire alarms. Broken curtains. No staff. No refill of coffee,/tea ect. Very noisy doors.
Location and facilities
Bizarre check in procedure and no staff
The staff were absolutely wonderful! Bed was comfy, room was clean and spacious.
The bathroom lights and fan were very odd/hard to figure out and use!
Very central to town centre lovely bar and restaurant downstairs clean and comfortable
Nothing ?
Hotel was clean, spacious, and tidy and great location.
Next to busy road so can be noisy Rooms can also be very warm. No manned reception, was a code sent to phone for self check in.
Despite not seeing any staff due to keyless system stay was OK but tainted by payment situation.
Was greatly annoyed with hidden additional charge. After paying in full (I thought) and having my booking and payment confirmed I was asked to pay an additional £10+ damage waiver or pay a £100 security deposit which would be returned in up to 14 days. To ask for a necessary additional amount after monies been taken I find underhand and unacceptable. Additionally, to pay damage waiver for an overnight stay and then wait for up to 14 days to get reimbursed I also find unacceptable. I am not in the business of providing short term loans.
Beautiful room with good facilities.
Couldn’t get into the hotel or the room owing to faf with the new key access system. Easily sorted, but then couldn’t get back into my room after dinner. My room was affected by road noise from outside.
Good location, state of the art room. Lovely restaurant
No staff.
The location is great, there was parking and also the restaurant attached to it was nice and convenient. The staff there were great.
I felt quite strongly that the safety and insurance waiver you need to complete on check in, is very sneaky and underhand. As a hotel, you should be covering this and not passing it on the customer. We’re essentially paying for your lack of staff.
Great location. The staff in the restaurant and bar were good. The room was clean.
I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay for an insurance policy for a damage waiver. You only find out about it when you check in online (which in our case was when we were outside the hotel). Letting people know about the charge beforehand would be better. Better still don’t charge people, we appear to be paying for your convenience of not having staff on site. Also, sounds a little petty, but the biscuits were already open in the room!
location clean room comfortable bed
not much
Really clean and well maintained with comfy beds. Quiet but really close to town centre and beach , lovely hotel .
Only small issue was - this is a remote check in hotel but we didnt receive our boarding pass so we didn’t have a room number or a door entry code but that was easily sorted with a quick phone call to the friendly management number provided
Room was lovely Staff in bar very friendly
No view other than roof, loud music at 8am
Room was absolutely first class , bed was fantastic, and the shower was amazing, very well decorated, location brilliant
