Nice hotel & staff

Rock band played directly beneath my room until late in the night and I had an early rise. Bed was literally jumping. I should have been made aware of this event at time of booking.

Nice hotel and room.

Slow service at bar. Noise at night awful. Someone playing giutar and singing very loudly in room beside us. Then shouting really loudly. Tried to call reception but no answer. Now husband and I knackered after going away to celebrate his birthday.

Friendly staff. Lovely spa. Lovely interiors, great location.

Went down late to breakfast and were running out of stuff, should have gone early.

Spa is great as was my bed and room, shower was strong and nothing to complain about.

Reception staff have zero communication skills and were downright miserable.No help, and definitely a poor first impression

The spa facilities were excellent and breakfast buffet was lovely.

The bedroom was a tad too hot!

Lack of staff at booking in time, very slow to get your keys. Unprofessional bar staff. Put drinks on my room, no card payment at bar, showed barmaid room number rather than let all no it only for barmaid to shout out room number. Did not ask my name. TV in room had no signal so no TV for all stay. Not the only room this happened to.

Restaurant was fine. Restaurant staff were polite. Room was clean.

The only reason we booked was because of the Spa but the Spa wasn't in service. No mention of this when we booked online and no mention at Check-in. We only found out later when we asked where it was. We presumed breakfast would be in the Restaurant but it turned out to be in a different area of the Hotel. There was no one at Reception in the morning to ask, but we eventually found a staff member who gave us instructions. That, also would have been nice to have been told at Check-in. Only one Draft beer in stock. 4 beer taps with "Out of stock" labels on them.

Pool was closed. It was only one reason why we chose this hotel. The view from windows was on the wall. Walls between rooms are very thin, all noises was hearable for us.

Lovely place but let down by the pool and spa closed. TV in the room not working and said it wouldn't be fixed till Friday

Was warm and clean and a refurbished room although a little small.

Unfortunately the spa and pool area was out of order due to water ingress through the roof.TV also didn’t work for two nights due to loss of signal.

Loved the spa, very nicely done, especially the steam room. Was also pleasantly surprised by the large bedroom.

A bit behind the times with no smart tv, and the pillows were a bit lumpy.

They have took £270 without my consent and the number is on a loop so you can't get through to the hotel at all i need to drive back there to get my money back totally ridiculous
