We had a room on the top floor, nicely decorated with plenty of space. Very clean. Location was great for theatres & restaurants. Will stay here again.

I can't turn off heating. Was too warm

The staff was welcoming and we checked in quickly. Room was clean and we got a shortbreads and Xmas card which was really nice. In second room heating was not working well and we got another, larger room very quickly. Location is great - 3 min walk from the coast.

It is a simple hotel but had everything we needed for one night.

Very clean large room with plenty of tea and milk.

The shower was poor very slow flow of water and the room was too hot we attempted to turn the radiator off but I feel the gauge was probably broken. I feel they could sweep the external part of the entrance as it is the first impression you get.

Extremely clean everywhere. Decor in good condition.

How far away the room was from the reception. On third floor and across several sub stair cases, it felt claustrophobic.

Hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very unhelpful receptionist. No information given about wifi, breakfast times,or keys. No ambience in the hotel. Service and food at breakfast was appalling. They took ages to bring food and then it was the wrong order. Staff had zero customer service skills.

The noise, every 5 minutes there was a booming noise which lasted about 7 seconds, was like it all through the night and kept us awake.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is convenient between sea front (one street back) and theatres and town centre. Room was large, well equipped, and warm. On street parking vouchers are available at reception at reasonable cost.

We were expecting an evening meal to be available but the restaurant and bar is open in the evening only in high season. However we were more than happy to explore the local cafes and restaurant and was good rather than a problem.

The room 115 was spacious and clean really good size bed bathroom clean.Breakfast was cooked as you order great

The only thing that was wrong was the plug in the bath needed cleaning as the water would not go away.
