Alexandra Hotel

Location was excellent, Winston (Attendant) was very welcoming and friendly. We stayed close to Christmas, and there was very little staff, but Winston went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.

Nothing in particular but the bathroom could do with locks

Property was clean , spacious and welcoming. Room with sea view was a lovely addition. Lots of tea, coffee and milk provided. Staff were VERY warm and welcoming

Very small lift. The shower in our room was not powerful at all very weak and no shower door so the room gets absolutely drenched !!!! ROOM 209-please sort this out as I saw someone else said the same thing in a review too. I used our towels to mop the water up. Also VERY soft bed, was uncomfortable. Pillows soft too. All I want at the end of the day is a decent shower/bath and a decent nights sleep. The hotel is peaceful just that bed was too soft.

The laundry left all day it was a trip hazard. The staff were unprofessional Disorganised. The place had become run down since 2 years ago.

The location was great. Fantastic for the beach and pier. It was very close to the theatre which was our main reason for booking this hotel. It was also a very comfortable walk to the main shopping area.

Main television channels not showing well.We like to watch the news.Apart from that, all was well.

Beautiful room with high ceilings and a lovely view of the sea. We had a wonderful night sleep

Location was perfect as we stayed to watch the Eastbourne fireworks the next day we spent along seafront . The room was perfect for overnight stay. Clean well presented comfortable

Very nice welcome by the lady at reception. Room was a good size Bed very comfortable. Plenty of tea/coffee available in the room

The heating was a bit sporadic ( on a timer I believe and was resolved in the eve but it did not come on in the morning) Problem with tv signal so my tv did not receive any channels. The slats on the extractor fan in the bathroom rattled every time the wind blew and kept me awake
