Very comfortable with wonderful staff. Facilities were excellent and environment was very clean with good house keepers

Walls need to be sound proof.

Warm room, clean, comfy bed and pillows, nice towels.

Room OK for a couple of nights, cramped if longer stay. No breakfast facility at time of stay, lacked atmosphere, may be as out of season.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out so we could sightsee more and come later to pickup.

Was expecting a sea view room bit coouldnt get

Perfect location overlooking the sea.Friendly, clean with all that you need for an overnight stay. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed twice, different style room each stay. Don't like rooms with sliding bathroom door, door doesn't close totally. Prefer room with standard door opening.

Bathroom was like a broom cupboard my partners shoulders touched both side of the walls, the bed was meant to be superior along with room, two twin put together, mattress extremely uncomfortable. No facility for food, we wanted a quick get away for a restful night we did get the room for 56 pounds at half price but to be honest it wasn't worth twenty pounds and that would be for the view.

Nothing was good in the room apart from the view...never again.

Clean and at the heart of the city center

Floors made weird sounds which was very uncomfortable. You can’t even take one step without the uncomfortable sounds. Also reception staff asking me for my bank card details to confirm my booking rather than my booking confirmation number. I earlier provided my name which was confirmed on the system. I refused to share my bank card details and instead I provided my booking confirmation number. I found this very misleading and fraudulent. The Television should have media features like YouTube and Netflix rather than some local channels. Local channels not exciting for long stays. Aside this everything else was okay.

Just by the beach good location , offer of full English breakfast for £10 and pizza for dinner

Twin room very tiny, little TV screen on the side not very comfortable to watch from bed not possible to watch from chair by the table, shower didn’t hold in to pole position and took time to regulate right temperature and definitely not for bigger size people to fit in. Lift didn’t work

The cleaner, knocking on my door at 10:55, with attitude, questioning whether i could tell the time, I wasn’t impressed or happy with her guest skills

The hotel was in such good condition it was lovely and clean and good price especially as it was new years eve too. Definitely will be staying again here.

Only thing really was the radiators on constant that was really hot in the room.

Room was clean.

No handsoap at sink or shower.No heating in the room.

We were there for new years. Our room faced the sea, which is a great view during the day and also Filipe made us feel very welcome. He was on his feet all night, making us feel safe and sound :)

The people in the room next to us were a little noisy till late hours but I think the walls arent very sound proof anyway. We woke up very early because a child was crying and couldnt sleep till late because the adults were talking amongst themselves. Also the windows could do with a clean so the views could be appreciated better :)

The bed was alright, the staff (I only met 2 of them) were nice, and it was fine for a few nights.

Overall the hotel seemed tired. My room was okay but the shower took ages to get warm and the toilet room was tiny. My knees hit the wall!

Booked for one night & stayed for 3, lovely hotel, great staff that really cannot do enough for you, very friendly service, room very quiet, 24 hour bar, a walk along coast to pier and to town, would definitely return again. Had a lovely stay here !!!

The water took a little time to come through hot but jut I sure to run for a few mins before jumping in.

A party in the room next to ours it was horrendous the noise I complained the night doorman said when we visited again because we were booked for November my birthday they would upgrade us to a sea facing room but it was a non-refundable booking but I went down with Covid and could not come .

Perfection location, right by the sea. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and convenient room. Great view.
