One of the loviest hotel I’ve even been into.Very helpful and nice staff, could help to store luggage before and after checked in/ out. free pool table to use, comfortable beds with refrigerator. Great location.Will def recommend friends and family

this hotel was the jewel in the crown , the staff was very helpful and friendly to us, and the location of this brilliant hotel was fantastic 500 yards from the train station and even less to the beach . Hopefully we will definitely staying at this awesome hotel again.

in my eyes there was nothing at all not to like about this place, it has everything you could ever need for a great stay .

The hosts Richard and Anna gave us a very warm welcome! They were so helpful from the moment we stepped it. Helped us with our inquiries and recommended a very good cafe close by. They even assisted us with our luggage, as our room was located on the 1st floor. Room was very clean and all amenities were available. I will definitely be going there again. Highly recommend this hotel ! Location wise, it is only 5 minutes walking distance from the Margate train station. Thank you Richard and Anna for your excellent customer service! Keep it up!

Fabulous location, super friendly and lovely owners and really clean and comfy room. Great Seaview and made it difficult to leave to explore the area.Perfect for our gig in town and access to the shops and seafront. Still nice and quiet despite being so central. Stayed for a Bank Holiday weekend and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend The Burlington. Lovely Family run hotel. Location is excellent if you are arriving by train, it’s a pebble throw between train station and the beach. Our room was quiet, bed was comfortable and the shower was good. We had a sea view room, comfortable chairs, fresh towels and Richard & Anna are kind hosts. We will stay again.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, with tea, coffee and biscuits! The owners were friendly and helpful when we arrived a bit later than expected and left keys for us. It’s so close to the station and so convenient for exploring the town, we’d definitely stay again when next in Margate!

Location brilliant, especially for a lone traveller going to a gig at Dreamland as the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the venue and the Rail Station. Very comfortable and clean room, and very welcoming owners.

The location was good, just a few minutes by walk from the station. The room was clean and basic facilities needed were present. It had a sea view.

The single room was a bit small in size. Plug points were not present near the bed. Other than that, it is a nice place for a weekend getaway.

No breakfast, very good room, maybe a bit pricey but I guess that's Margate. Only staff I saw was a girl who eventually opened the door after 3/4 rings. Clean quiet and modern, very close to station. Would have liked a bit more of the "personal touch" rather than an Air B&B atmosphere of pay, turn up get a key and go. However overall great place.

Didn't know about the scaffolding bit off putting though theu are refurbishingSink had a leak Single bed, seen better days springs could be felt, so had to share the other bed No heating on at night or in the morning Should have booked a sea view rooms.as our view was not great but I would not pay the price for one as I think it was a bit steep .

No breakfast offered - room only. Room was clean and cosy. Location excellent.

Not the fault of the staff but bad guests caused the fire alarm to go off 3 times.In no way was owner responsible just idiot other guests smoking

The Burlington is a lovely place to stay in Margate very close by the railway station and 10 minutes walking to the city center, I’ve used the double room with private bathroom and I have to say that it went behind my expectations, very clean bathroom and comfortable bed, the sea view was amazing and relaxing.

Great location and 2 minute walk from the station and a 2 minute walk to Dreamland. Staff are friendly and helpful

The Hotel manger/owner was brilliant. Was in Margate with my son and our previously booked accommodation fell through and he sorted a lovely room on the front of the hotel out for us.

The en-suite and shower cubicle was a bit compact - but mostly my issue as i'm 6"3 :)

The landlord/owner Richard is a top man, friendly and helpful, the room is well equiped, it will be even better in the future as they are refurbishing at the moment, very convenient if you are going to any concert at Dreamland, 4 mins walk.

My room wasn't en suite. But there was a sink in my room. This meant that I good shave in my room in the morning. ?

I found it difficult to get the shower at the right temperature. I did eventually.Instructions for the shower, maybe. ?
