Location was very good could walk everywhere I think breakfast should of been included with the price

Everything. The Hotel, the room, the bathroom, the location, the roof terrace, but most especially the staff on reception who were so cheerful, welcoming and charming.

Friendly staff, good location

No TV in room, no air con, no breakfast included, very thin walls means quite a loud hotel. Cleaning was taking place all day with the corridors being littered with trash. Generally quite poor value for money considering this was 275 pounds a night

The decor is lovely.

No air conditioning just a Dyson made it quite warm at night. Service usually good but not totally slick yet. Asked to taste a wine and was told she’s wouldn’t open a bottle just to taste. I ended up buying a large glass nonetheless and it was delicious. Beds are a little too soft so after couple of nights I had back ache.

Really lovely place to stay , the attention to detail in the room from the choice to tea bags to the incredibly comfortable bed made all the difference. Friendly and helpful staff and a very good breakfast of poached eggs and yogurt I’ll be trying to replicate at home

The hotel is located at a walking distance of ca. 10 minutes from the train station, and 30 seconds away from the beach. The staff was polite, helpful, and very friendly. The whole building is decorated with wonderful paintings. The room was really clean, there was AC, and the view from the window was fabulous. The bed was really comfortable, and the bedsheets soft. Body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided, all from a local manufacturer - their smells were luxurious. The restaurant served tasty food, including some amazing breakfast options. I will definitely stay there again!

The attention to detail and decor was incredible as was the absolutely delicious breakfast. The location is perfect as the sound of the waves helps you drift to sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and we loved the lazy lift - a minute well spent. Loads of character and style, bedding lovely and soft, bathroom clean and filled with just the right amount of goodies to keep you smelling fresh. Adored the artwork in our room and throughout the hotel. Hope to return one day.

The room was a little warm but once we'd worked out the air con all was good.

Breakfast was very good with a great selection, if a bit on the pricey side. Bathroom was roomy and well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We also liked the guide books provided in the room, which had a fun but informative style.

Parking could have been problematic. As it happens we were lucky to get a free road space less than 5 minutes walk away. Perhaps having an arrangement fr a discount at a local car park could help.

Very stylish. Nice design pieces. Fab location. Bit pricey.

I did request a TV which I would have liked. Also - my room was the same price as my sister buy a lot smaller .

Beautifully decorated, attention to detail. Great central location. Beds were super comfortable with v good quality linen !

The room though small was perfectly appointed with every facility one could want for a short stay.Congratulations to your designer.

The pillows althoughvery lovely and puffy looking, went very flat when laid on.

We loved our stay, the hotel is so classy and calm. Perfect location for a Margate break and super comfy bed! We’ll definitely be back, bonus points for being dog friendly :)

Only suggestion is a full length mirror would have been fab!

Boutique hotel, slightly quicky and stylish - very comfortable. Loved the food in the restaurant too

Breakfast was a bit limited and we didnt like the coffee - very bitter.

The breakfast was great, but very expensive, £17.00 for full English

We were very surprised and unhappy that there was no TV in the bedroom. There was wonderful real coffee in the bedroom, but no cafetiere to make it, and no milk in the bedroom.
