Room comfortable, clean, breakfast good, enjoyed our stay.?

Nothing we didn't like, all good.

All good site was excellent well cared for ad was the hotel

Showet over the bath considering the size of the hotel you only have 3 disabled units with a walk on shower "old fashioned " which one i booked June 26

staff were great breakfast was great

room was disguisting shower curtain and curtains on window were dirty front of hotel looked great back of hotel where our room was looked a mess needed a good clean up twice hadlorrys delivering caravans right outside our room at 7.15 in the morning and they were not bothered about making a noise there was a outside area where you could sit and have a drink which needed a good clean would i book again never

Disappointed

The stairs needed cleaning the bathroom door handle was broke, the balcony also needed cleaning and the room had a fusty smell

Not worth the money needs a good clean

Toilet didn’t work right in the room and the breakfast room was full of spiders and flys needed a good clean every.

Plenty of parking….Well stocked bar…

No A/C Windows would only open a small amount Dinner very basic

Everything, hotel was clean , breakfast amazing , good location, good entertainment

No air con was quite uncomfortable at night

Being charged extra for my children when I had paid for a room for 2 adults and 2 children via booking.com already and I wasn't in a position to cancel the booking for that reason as I would have lost my full amount! I did not get extra beds so unsure why this charge was created or even applicable.The room next door had a fight on the landing with a room opposite no one attended to sort this out.The room wasn't clean there were blood drops on the bathroom floor.Didn't feel clean at all! The toilet didn't flush properlyThe sofa bed was not made up just the quilt and covers left yet I was still charged extra for the children to sleep on that again that was dirty so they ended up in the bed with us! Breakfast wasn't great eggs were not cooked properly, the coffee machine spilled over the cups as it didn't measure out properly.

Location of hotel and size of superior room.

Only one key made it hard for me to use any facilities. They dumped a caravan outside our room at 9pm one evening which made it difficult to park close and our room dark. Supposed to move next morning but still there when we gave up and came home early. Disappointing

Lovely hotel I'm very particular when it comes to cleanliness but it was spotless. Staff was lovely and it was fantastic to get free entertainment passes ! Also chicken takeaway on site was absolutely beautiful going to come again

Nice and quiet, excellent accomodation for my disabled wife.

Shower curtain too short, breakfast ok but just ok

Nice clean hotel. Lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast was good buffet style . Staff were really nice and friendly.

Only ate in the restaurant one night and sadly we had to complain about cold food.

Stuff was lovely, polite

Somebody been smoking in the room I’ve got pictures to prove this. They also hadn’t made the bed tea coffee stains everywhere tea cup still for tea sugar spilled everywhere it was clear that this room wasn’t cleaned and I’m very surprised they even give us the keys to go in the room. Absolute nightmare.

Convenient for our family get together

Cigarette ends near the door , dirty!!No toilet seat in the bathroom Mirror looked grotty and clearly needs replacing Beds lumpy and you could feel the springs.Only one head board on one of the beds Only one couple up at the door leading on to the car park where there should be two Breakfast: sausages looked uncooked , no bowls , I had to ask staff for one to eat my cereals out of .

Beautiful wooden furniture, bigger room than I thought we would have . Beautiful area with the ponds and swans . Staff were brilliant.

Breakfast was excellent staff very attentive.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly throughout our stay we had to replenish the milk and coffee ourself.

The hotel was a little dated but clean. Staff were friendly.

We used the facilities on the holiday park, it was extremely busy and could have done with more staff and better organisation.

Great location good reception.. but rooms are getting a bit dated now this is the 3rd year I've been starting to look dated stains on carpets ect

Rooms starting to look dated

The facilities were very good and so was the location. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We had a receptionist greet us who was very busy but she made hardly any conversation and gave us bare minimum in the way of information. We had an awful night's sleep caused by the people in the room next door ( shouting, swearing, going in and out of the room 7 or 8 times noisily, banging, being a general nuisance all between 12am-3am. I went and tried to speak to night staff but couldn't find anybody, eventually I called out of hours security who dealt with it at 3.30am. It was awful. We decided to speak to the manager about in detail the next morning and he did apologise but basically said the staff/ hotel can't control what people do in their rooms. Our breakfast was also disappointing: We went in at 8.10am and the cooked option wasn't very nice at all. It's a shame as we've stayed here 3-4 times previously and not had any issues.
