The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bar staff was very polite and friendly the food was lovely
Breakfast is great, they were very considerate of me being coeliac. Location can’t be beat. Lovely rooms and well looked after grounds, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Bed not too comfortable. Breakfast fairly standard. Staff very welcoming and friendly
EV charging didn't work too well. No comfy seating in room
It was private where we stayed and not far from the main hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant.
There was heating in the room but they were either electric storage heaters or free standing portable heater, would have preferred central heating.
Staff are lovely, food great in bar and the whole place is spotless
Too short a stay
Avoid avoid
Ecerything room was freezing window not sealed like sleeping in a tent
Lovely location, excellent rooms, really enjoyed our stay. All staff were friendly, will definately come back.
We had a lovely stay here . The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. The place was exceptionally clean I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be returning.
Staff very friendly from arriving to leaving, food amazing, such a warm feel to the hotel and character.very clean and great finishing touches.
Lovely building, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, very friendly staff.
The only thing that bothered us is that we could hear the occupants in the room next door speaking etc...it wasn't excessive but we were surprised that the walls were so thin....
The staff are so friendly, the food was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. The weather whilst we were there was utterly foul,so the ability to spend time in warm and comfortable surroundings was of immense value to us.
There's nothing not to like here.
Just the location is awesome. But it is not the room as appeared in the pics.
Mainly they should provide the room as the picture. I booked double room with sea view . But I think i got only single room , not like the image you shared.
The staff are so friendly and helpful It's very clean and warm and close to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood and close to public transport.
Loved the shower, the bed, and the conversation with a bar member
No sheltered smoking shelter for winter/rain ad whats privided is open with only a roof if offers little to no protection especially for your disabled guests
Room was. Comfy and tidy.. Nice bathroom. And yes a fan!! The breakfast was lovely and the codand. Chips for evening meal. Outstanding and special mention to Ryan the barman.. Funny but professional
Better cider....
Staff were welcoming on arrival and in the bar area. The rooms were a little dated on decoration but the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, as were the public areas and facilities.
Pillows were a little flat. The breakfast was buffet only on the Sunday and limited in choice, had to ask server for water, as only two juices were on offer. Mind you another family were offered more on arrival.
Direct at the shoreline, spacious parking lot, friendly staff
Location was great, bar area and menus
Was informed could check in at 2.30, change of staff when I returned back at 2.30pm to be told no its a strict 3pm and the receptionist was quite abrupt with no compassion.Room 104 very small for a double and not easy accessible inside
