Best one we stayed in at skegness

Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent for the town and beach. Beds were really comfortable. Room was very clean. Nicola, the host, was above and beyond anything we would have expected: welcoming, friendly, very caring and considerate; a joy to stay with. Convenient car park.

We would have liked chairs in the bedroom.

The room was lovely, staff great and somewhere I'd definitely recommend. It was clean, fresh, with drinks facilities, option to add a homecooked breakfast. Just the job!

The shower access is very narrow.If you are on the bigger size, you may be challenged for getting into the shower.The hotel are aware of this an we did discuss..

I couldn't stay longer

Owner was incredibly friendly and extremely welcoming. Made us feel at ease immediately. Rooms are modern and very clean. They are not the biggest rooms and the bed was only a double for instance, but the room is well laid out and makes the most out of the space it has so wasn’t an issue at all. All the facilities worked as intended. Location was great, 10 minute walk to the high street and a few extra to get to the beach. Honestly, a brilliant hotel and good value for money if you’re going as a family as we stayed in a family room that could accommodate 4 people. Few nitpicks: No full length mirror wasn’t ideal and walls were quite thin so can hear some noise from other rooms but wasn’t anything dramatic.

Everything about my stay was spot on, it was a last minute booking due to work and when I need accommodation in Skegness again I will certainly be checking availability.Really homely and clean rooms, with a good shower, unbelievable value for money and probably exceeded my expectations.I didn’t have time to try the breakfast in the morning but will certainly be having breakfast next time.One of my best pound for pound stays ever.

Loved it all. Parking. Location. Lovely cosy room. Exceptionally clean. Great bathroom and power shower . Room downstairs so quiet I slept really well! Usb socket behind bed very helpful. Plenty of tea, coffee etc. Went for a walk at night and appreciated the security lights to find my way in. Didn't use residents lounge or garden but nice addition. Breakfast smelt great but couldn't stay.

Would have preferred bigger bath towel and a mirror in room. Only because I got wet feet using the mirror after my shower! ?

Everything!!! The hotel and rooms are exceptional!! They are wonderfully decorated and spotless. Nichola is a fantastic host! She very kindly provided a balloon, bottle of wine and a card for my mum's birthday! The breakfast is fabulous!! We have had the most wonderful weekend at the Ivernia and will definitely be back!

The property is in a great location with parking spaces available, and just a 5 minute walk to all that Skeggy has to offer. Nicola was a great host, and our room was immaculate,with a very generous amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. We took the breakfast cob option, and you still get all the fruit juice, cereals, toast and excellent coffee. There is nothing not to like about this place - it is fantastic ?

Really helpful staff. Very clean, super comfy bed, very professional lovely decor and bathroom. Hot chocolate sachet too. Easy on site free parking. Great location 2 streets from beach. Great price for super accommodation.

The rooms are always very clean and good facilities. The owners are very helpful and courteous nothing is too much trouble.

This is our second visit to the Ivernia hotel in the last few weeks and it didn't disappoint, once again the hotel was spotless the owners were friendly and engaging with all the guests and the breakfast was lovely we will definitely be returning
