Not disabled friendly, needed to charge mobility scooter overnight and was only allowed 15 minutes to do so. I am able to walk a short distance but for anyone needing to use their scooter in the premises you wouldn’t be allowed to do so. It has to be kept outside so I then had to walk into the hotel and struggled to do so. Menus on the table but when going to the bar to order was told not doing food yet posters on the wall stating food available 7 days a week.

Really comfortable and clean with free parking

The location was a lot farther than I thought but thats my fault

The room was clean and comforortable.

I checked in a 17.00 and was told they weren't doing food and the bars closed at 18.30

I liked the convenience of how close it was to our destination.

The hotel was filthy. It stunk of cigarettes , my 7 year old daughter is asthmatic. The hotel was freezing during the night , we complained and nothing was done.

Location good to get everywhere with the bus stop just up the street

The room was freezing when we arrived and when the heating did come on the radiator didn't get hot (could do with bleeding)

Convenience and parking

Had a musty odour in reception and room altho very clean. Could have been warmer (heating) in the room

As I have stayed there before I wasn't disappointed. Fast check in. Staff polite and friendly.

Nothing to dislike stayed before

The room was separate from the hotel with its own parking area, I was spacious with a double bed and table and chairs. The bathroom well proportioned with a double shower

Couldn’t turn the heating on in the room was on par with a fridge. Signs in the room saying discounts for residents, see receptionist on asking only if you have food. Then to be told no food available until Friday. The room also had menus stating breakfast and other food available, might be a suggestion to remove these when not serving. Found the drinks overpriced and not as cold as should be, hence only 3 people drinking in the bar.

Location, parking facilities and value for money. Comfy beds, rooms spotless, could smell bleach as entered the room (not an issue). Room was supplied with a hairdryer and a tower fan (however didn't use these). Couple shops and bars right on the doorstep (think we were in the quiet end of Ingoldmells) but still within walking distance of fair/arcades etc.. We would book again.

The only negative, if I have to give one is the size of the ensuite. If your on the larger size you may find it abit tight! Other than that, the room was adequate for our stay.

Nice room bed comfortable very clean and tidy only down fall was the price £90 for a nights stay you can’t check into 3pm and out for 10.30 but the hotel was great just the price factor

As coming to end of season the room was cold and the bed felt damp when you got in it no heating yet turned on

Heating was not on for the duration of our stay luckily it wasn't that cold

Location and room

The service in restaurant waited nearly 1 hour (it was far from busy) then got all orders wrong and one of staffs attitude about it was discusting

Location was great. Staff at reception were very helpful

Had to ask for toilet roll to be replaced instead of it being done automatically which was odd and difficult when we had a 3 year old recently toilet trained

On the final night my key card wouldn’t work. Which meant a member of staff had to let me into my room. Apart from that a perfect stay.

Perfect area, close to the beach, arcades, food places and shops etc.

Nothing superior about the room i stayed in. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The first night the bed 100% wasnt changed before we arrived and we arrived just after the reception closed, there was dirt and someone's hair all in the bed and with no staff available once we had gotten into bed late we had to strip it down and sleep on on towels. The floor had a moisture layer on top where you would slip and slide in shoes. The shower had a constant drip and the door didn't have a great locking system where it was still loose after it was closed and locked.

No hot water in bathroom sink and the TV is too small with a slightly faulty remote control.

Dek, Elaine, and all the hotel/bar staff are really friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and made our stay comfortable, fun, and very enjoyable.The room was nice and cosy and had everything we needed, with excellent parking, reception, and housekeeping.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning.
