No chair in the room bathroom needs a extractor fan and the wardrobe door hinges need adjusting before they fall off

Lots of cigarette butts on arrival on the stairs & surrounding area to the hotel.The room was VERY cold upon arrival. Luckily my 5yr oldgrandson happily slept with me, but I was expecting 2 beds, not just a double.No remote controller in the room, but found it later under the bedside unit.I asked for another duvet to put on the bed but they couldn't provide one.Dust on the bedside units.Long black dark hairs in the bed.Cobwebs in quite a few places & a massive crack in the ceiling which scared my grandson. Shelf hanging off in the bathroom which they knew about but failed to fix before we got there & the toilet seat was loose.No tea-spoon to take tea-bags out of cups.No bedside lamp.Unsure as to whether I had paid for bed & breakfast & wasn't told what time breakfast was if I had paid for it anyway so had to provide my own breakfast for me & my grandson. Overall not the best.

The location was great and close to both the seafront and high street

The hotel is listed as family friendly but a double room was what I would consider a single occupancy size. The room was dirty with damp on the bathroom and a toilet lid hanging off. I asking about changing the room upon arrival and was advised they were all the same size and none were available.

Close to beach and attractions . Staff where very friendly and attentive

Excellent rooms, excellent service. Husain was a brilliant host and made sure any needs were met promptly! Would absolutely stay again, and would highly reccomend!

Tidy, nice , efficient for my needs.staff very helpful when needed.

Took a while for hot water, bulbs out in over head bed light.

The two Gentlemen who run the reception were most helpfulful. Nothing is to much trouble and they are polite and courteous.

There was nothing we didn't like. Just a few minor maintenance things needs attention. But nothing caused any concern.

Location was fabulous clean and tidy room. Staff very friendly.

The weed smell coming from the rooms next door. And it looked like the council were using it as a homeless dumping ground. Didn't have any issues with the people there but not nice to walk past and smell.

The hotel was lovely and warm which was appreciated due to the weather been so cold . The staff were very very helpful even helped us with our luggage

Good location to the town and amenities

Bed was uncomfortable and wook up with both me and my partner having bed bugs bites Wont be staying again

The alarm for one of the doors going off at 4am and constantly beeping for hours

Location and price We had an apartment as opposed to a room

The outside of the building is a mess and the carpark full of rubbish. Windows look like they've never been cleaned. For the price we paid it was just ok but I don't think I would stay again.

Exelent location,staff very friendly, room was clean and bed very comfortable

Nothing to dislike,hopefully in future may offer cooked breakfast and also open bar on an evening

Bathroom looks like its never had a wipe down, carpet has never seen a hoover, old gone off milk left in the fridge and if you dare pull the bed sheets back the mattress was disgusting
