    Cons -

    • The mould in the shower, cigarette burns in the shower, dirt on carpet, hoke in bathroom door, no wardrobe or anywhere to put clothes, tge bed being 3inch off the floor, bed would not have fit 2 people in it, signs falling off, window broken and boarded up, paint falling off, lock on door falling off, stench of sewage and cannabis.

    Horrible

After messaging the property they said we could drop out bags off, we arrived and there was no staff anywhere, we waited around 45 mins before deciding to go about our day and then came back at half 3- half hour after check in and there was still nobody to be seen. Eventually someone showed up and he just gave us some keys and told us where our room was. The room itself was disgusting, the paint was peeling off, the window was patched together with toilet roll and it being winter, it was freezing. There was broken furniture and the bath was dirty so i doubt it was cleaned. Absolutely disgusting.

Facilities lacking, rooms basic and dated.

Amazing value for money nice comfortable beds very clean and hotel owner was very welcoming and friendly

Had an issue with the shower as it was a bit temperamental but hotel owner came to sort it out straight away in room 110

We were a little concerned about this hotel after reading some recent reviews, but we picked it as a cheap weekend getaway and as we were not planning on spending much time in the room, we thought it would be ok for the price of £31 a night, which was much cheaper than anywhere else in Skegness, on Valentine's weekend. It was way better than we expected! The room looked relatively recently painted, the bed was a little firm and quite low, but comfortable all the same.Pillows felt brand new. It was spotlessly clean and although the room and en-suite were a little on the snug side, it was fine for a couple of nights stay. The man on reception was very pleasant, friendly, polite and happy to provide extra coffee and milk for the room when requested. All in all, we would certainly consider staying here again.

There was a bit of a smoky smell in the corridor outside our room, but thankfully not in the room itself.

    Good location, family room.

The hotel needs a LOT of TLC. The skirting had been painted - as well as the carpets. There was paint on the windows. The bath was stained, and the sink cracked. Paint was peeling off the walls. There was an old wardrobe that was falling apart and not even attached to the wall - could have been very dangerous. Carpets in communal areas were thread bare and signs peeling off of doors.

The door on the way out

We entered the hotel and had to wait for someone to come to see us. A gentleman arrived with a child in his hand. We were put into room 112Upon going to our room which was a twin room at first glance looked ok for what we paid. Then we pulled the duvet back to find black hair all over one of the beds, electric plugs behind one bed which the mattress was covering, the handle fell off the toilet when we flushed it and the one short curtain covered the window. Black Marks behind the pillows on the wall where people have been lying. Broken corner on the mirror in the bathroom The small time we were in the room doors were banging in every direction.and people were shouting. If this was not bad enough. We went back out to look for somewhere else to stay and we were greeted by what we could only describe as the smell of sewage all through the hotel. This was not there when we arrived.I understand it's a budget hotel but a little bit more attention to detail.

Both sea view rooms were clean and comfortable. Really helpful staff.Room was warm and had an excellent night's sleep.Good value for money. Will stay again.

    Nothing. Hotel was as expected.

Got locked out of our room. Sat in reception from 1am until 9am next day. No answer on reception phone.

Good location, room was fine, mattress could do with an upgrade but okay for price.

Guy handed me keys was pleasant however he had to other males there who both kept staring at me, could be intimidating to people and not sure why they were there as they didnt look like staff or that they particularly wanted to be there. From around 11pm through to 3am there was arguing in other rooms and what sounded like arguments between the hotel and the occupants, constant swearing and shouting which spoiled any sleep I would have got. The argument sounded quite threatening and im not sure why the hotel did not get the police involved and have the guest removed. Then around 6am more shouting in the hall ways to see if people were awake. Definitely put me off staying again.
