Holiday Inn Express Bodmin - Victoria Junction By IHG

General overall good quality

Would not have evening dinner here as it did not feel like a restaurant and the menu was very limited.

Great location is it a park? Clean friendly staff comfy room

Good choice of breakfast food and drinks. Enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. Services station next door was very handy for further meals/snacks. Hubby liked the Pokestop from the services station for his pokemon game. We have already booked to stay again :-)

Toilet roll holder. The roll fell off the holder too easily, but we worked out to put the roll on the nearby shelf. My pillow was a bit too firm, but a feather pillow was available if I had asked. Might try a feather one next time. Hubby loved his firm pillow.

The welcome - the front of house team were exceptional Super super friendly and helpful

I don’t like paying extra for parking

Staff were so friendly and happy. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was nice. Bed was so comfortable.

The only small trimble I've got is that I asked to be near the lift, we couldn't be further away literally the last room. We were tired when we arrived and didn't want to wait to be moved

Comfortable, clean, lovely view, vegan options

Location is excellent for business travellers just off A30 in the heart of Cornwall. Room was warm and comfortable and breakfast included everything you would expect from a chain hotel.

Nothing really comes to mind as I was perfectly happy with my stay and I will definitely stay here again when next down on business.

Very new, clean, and well designed. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room has everything you need and is super clean. Breakfast was nice.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

We needed to ask help with the heating.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff clean room delicious breakfast

Fabulous breakfast Tracy and Bam were wiping round all the time so it was all spotless.

Everything was great could not improve anything

Clean & modern - pleasantly surprised how good it was. We had been on the road for 5 hours and needed to stop for the night before continuing to Falmouth in the morning. The late night staff was really friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was average, the bacon a bit dry and the hash browns weren’t fresh. Wasn’t terrible but could be better.

Comfortable beds

No bath, no gym

Staff, cleanliness

Room slightly too hot, but otherwise excellent

Good location, modern & well thought out through. Good beer.

Clean, tidy, everything was working and seemed in good order

Beer selection was poor, could have done with Guinness and or a bitter

Clean , modern and lovely room

Charging for pets per night !

Probably as good as it gets for a stopover hotel. Large room, well equipped, functional. Decent breakfast.

Not much not to like for this type of hotel. Being picky - a heated towel rail would be nice!

Welcoming, nice modern interior. Staff very professional and friendly

Nothing everything was great

Very cosy, clean and quiet
