    Cons -

    • Bunk beds a bit small for adults. Breakfast could have been better.

Fabulous location, right on the beach with easily accesible walks. The property is very clean, with a large, luxury bathroom, and the service is impeccable. The best part is the view from the terrace - perfect for sitting in the evening and sipping wine. It's lovely waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves.

The restaurant closes far too early in the evening. No service after 8 pm, which was disappointing.

Beachfront location was absolutely perfect. Sitting on the porch to have morning coffee and eat our morning breakfast was a relaxing way to start the day. Parking was dedicated and the drive to Goodwood Festival was a quick 20 minutes.

The kid bedroom being on the bottom floor right next to the entry door made me a little nervous at night if our kids would have been able to figure out how to open the door.

Amazing place, so clean, tidy and comfortable. In the most amazing position right on the sea front and the bonus of having the pool to yourself for 30 minutes a day if you book at reception. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Fantastic view and beautiful little house. All very well organised and and run. Yes its expensive but you only live once unfortunately. One of the nicest hotels i have stayed in.

Hard to fault. Parking spaces a bit bigger ? Cheaper ?

Very stylish and cosy hut, exception location and the view right on the beach. Comfortable parking.

    Bit expensive.

Great beach hut style accommodation attached to the neighbouring hotel (with breakfast and a small pool).Lovely size, nice extra's such as milk and wine, great shower, comfy beds and a fabulous view of the seaside. The cafe beach bar served good food too. Parking outside and right on the beach. Dogs allowed and well catered for (bed, wash area etc)

The breakfast was ok but not brilliant.

Lovely view, modern and clean. Nice touches like gin and bottle of wine in fridge.

Bunk beds a bit small for adults as low ceiling in room. Getting quite expensive to stay there now.

Amazing location - best view ever - staff friendly and welcoming. Beach hut even better than the photos. Very very dog friendly - can’t wait to go again!

    Nothing!

It was beautifully appointed with high end furniture and fittings. The staff were amazing, kind and thoughtful. There were lovely touches like tea, coffee, soft drinks and wine. It was also rather quirky with many cool pieces of art. It really kept faith the idea of a traditional beach hut.

I didn't realise that there is a walkway between the hut and the beach which was quite busy. This impacted on my stay because I felt a bit unsafe with the doors open.I also thought it was a bit pricey tbh for the area it was situated.

Hamper delivered to the door was lovely. Great choice of foods and flasks of tea and coffee.

Thermostat in shower very stiff to turn.Cobwebs on ceiling but not surprising as lovely tall ceiling.

Excellent location, staff mostly very friendly & efficient.

Area where main bed gets very stuffy & hot. No air at all, we did get a fan on the second day which helped a bit. We got a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival ( it was expected as listed on booking.com ) it was Rose and as both my husband & I much prefer red or white, we asked if we could have red instead, we were told firstly that we would need to pay a supplement which I thought would be ok but then we're told it was around £29. While having dinner the first evening we ordered a bottle of red wine £30 & I noticed on the menu there was the house white, red & rose all priced at £22 same brand as our complimentary bottle in our fridge.i mentioned it the next day to housekeeping to see if they could swop it but was not done.On our 3rd evening I called reception and told them about it, the lady on duty said she would speak to her manager and get back to me, she never did call me back.I thought that if you are paying a premium price over £400 per night for 2 adults & a 4 year old, it would not of been an issue at all obviously I was wrong! Very short sighted!

    so close to the beach

every time I turned the TV off or changed channel on the tv by the bed the one in the living room would come on and I had to get out of bed to turn it off they have the same handset

A very modern well appointed 3 levels room.

The veranda is very close to the passing public. (less then 50 cm). Breakfast is provided as part of the deal but is very basic English cooked breakfast. ( fried bread, black pudding and other unhealthy stuff).

    10WendyPosted on: 5-4-2023

We liked everything, staff were beyond helpful & friendly from the minute we booked. Amazing location, great food in their restaurant, sea views to die for & the added plus of an EV charger.

If I was to be extremely picky the mattress was a tad too hard but that’s more my preference than anything wrong.
