Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa

Everything was perfect, rooms lovely the balcony was more then big enough, food was good quality for a all you can eat and the staff were friendly and professional.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. I travelled with my daughter, and from the very beginning we felt comfortable and warmly welcomed.The room was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was impressive, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, which added an extra level of comfort. Overall, the interior design of the hotel was stylish and very pleasant.The heated swimming pool was absolutely fantastic — such a perfect place to relax, especially when travelling with a child.In the hotel restaurant, we enjoyed delicious desserts and treated ourselves to hot chocolate and green tea. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and simply delightful.What truly made our stay special was the staff. Whether at the reception, in the bar, or with the housekeeping team, everyone was kind, supportive, and genuinely friendly. It’s the people who create the atmosphere of a place, and here they do it exceptionally well.We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return in the future.

The location was very good and the breakfast was good, the room was very spacious.

The staff, unfortunately they are understaffed but they are lovely, don’t feel afraid to go to reception and ask for extras you paid for if they haven’t arrived from housekeeping etc. it gets really busy but they will get back to you. The spa was great the massage was great. The steam room was great. The food was good however I would much prefer a larger starter and more peppercorn sauce with my 8oz fillet steak

Lovely facilities and happy smiley staff

We paid for a late check out and our key wasn’t updated so my partner couldn’t get into our room at 11:20 when he went up from the pool, he is disabled and had to walk to reception from the room to sort the key out

I have stayed here before and I really enjoyed having a walk in shower instead of having a shower over bath where you have to clamber into the bath to shower. Also being able to recharge my car overnight with the onside chargers

Bit dated rooms. Not enough staff for number of people so had to wait long time for drinks and food.

The bed was really soft and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the kitchen struggled to get our dinner order right for a table of 8. But the food was very nice.

The front desk and cleaning staff were very polite and helpful. Having the use of the gym and the swimming pool was great, really relaxing and enjoyable.

The location of the room was right at the back of the hotel next to the supermarket loading area so I had lorries making noise most of the night.The handle for the bath/shower water temperature was falling apart amd there wasn't enough towels. They stock complimentary refreshments but there weren't a lot of things there so you would have to go and stock it up yourself.The TV signal was terrible I had to fiddle with the cable at the back to get a signal like I was back in the 80s.They offered room service but only on Sunday through to Thursday so not available to me during my stay.There was only a tiny bar of soap and some shower gel/shampoo available in the bathroom that was complimentary nothing else.Some members of staff at the spa/gym were quite rude and made me feel very degraded asking me to prove that I was a guest at the hotel looking at me like I couldn't afford to be there, whereas other staff members were very polite and simply asked me to sign in.For a 4-star hotel, it didn't really jump out at me, felt more like a Premier Inn/Travelodge.

2nd time staying for a Pickleball Competition. Will be returning in April.Only negative is that i could not have breakfast as i was due to be on court at 8am. If breakfast could be from 7 onwards that would be amazing!

Quiet room, spacious and clean. The poll and spa were excellent.

Bath plug didn’t function.Heated towel broken Amongst group of 8 diners, my meal was forgotten.

The property was above what we expected for a dog friendly hotel, the rooms were spacious, well equipped for a relaxing holiday with our dogs
