    Pros +

    • The rooms were recently redone so they are excellent
    • Locations, facility and the nature around the home are amazing. Lots of activities & staff are amazing
    • Our stay at Four Seasons Hampshire was wonderful. During Afternoon Tea, Gulumser was exceptionally kind and even helped soothe our baby when he was crying, which allowed us to truly enjoy our time and tea. Excellent service, highly appreciated!”

    Cons -

    • They are in a state of construction. Each day you are cut off from places you can go or enter. Main restaurant is shut down so its bar or spa food
    • We would prefer if the staff informed us about the facilities and entertainment available in the hotel , we knows things from internet, and when we went for shooting they didn’t provide us with boots while they provide some other guest with it . Afternoon tea is too expensive and the selection of sweets was not tasty , i don’t recommend it You need to arrange for booking some activities in advance as we dodn’t find some
    • The property was good and I’ve been before but there was literally nothing put on extra for the kids baring in mind it was 3 days before Christmas.

Lovely setting and really nice rooms

Fabulous stay, where the little people get treated like the superstars with luxury for the adults. Bonus only 25 mins from Lapland uk. Food couldn’t fault. Will be making this an annual trip kicking off our Christmas tradition.

Service was a little slow in wild carrot on the first night but this was soon addressed in the correct manner of the general manager

Outstanding property, great service. Early mornings are magical. Chef Talha and chef Murat's delicious creations added an extra touch of warmth and delight, making each meal feel like a special occasion.Equestrian center is very well managed with outstanding horses. I highly recommend this property.

Our room was very spacious and we arrived with our dog to find he had been provided with his own bed, food and water bowls, small pouch of dog food and a new squeaky ball. The treatments we booked in the spa were amazing. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful without exception including one of the local groundsmen who was keen to explain the history of the property. The dog walks were wonderful and we used the shepherds hut type shelters to rest and hide from the rain. Towels for muddy paws were provided at the front door together with boot jacks to remove my tight fitting wellies. We ate in the dog friendly bar on the first night then had a dog free excellent meal in the restaurant the following evening.

    10NaderaPosted on: 8-20-2025

    Location, food and the service.

The outdoor furniture and facilities are run down, it is not four season’s standard. The main restaurant furniture and menu needs an upgrade.

    Surroundings and walks

Service at the restaurant was very slow, the sommelier was out!, and the bed was very soft and uncomfortable.

The Hotel was great although compared to other hotels I have stayed in I felt over priced

I felt the spa area was very poor ,the pool felt like a gym pool and outside area dated and unable to get a drink after 4.30 outside even though the sun was shining, in fact very little outdoor space a small area from the restaurant and the outside feom the champayne bar was uncomfortable with cheap iron tables and chairs

Rooms amazing, location is amazing, staff were great!

For nearly a 1000 a night, very basic breakfast, average at best! Also spa is nice but doesn’t look to great. Have stayed in a lot better for a lot less. Definately paying for four seasons name a mistake I won’t make again

The staff was really nice and attentive, we loved the territory and the room was perfectly equipped. We got a bed and a treat for our dog and the whole hotel is just made for families with kids, our 4-months old was loved by everyone in the hotel, could swim in the pool for the first time. Breakfasts are delicious as well.

Fantastic in every sense. Four Seasons really know hospitality. I sneezed and a staff member appeared with a tissue!

The pool area has a bit of a municipal poolfeel about it.

Great getaway from the hustle of London. It was nice of them to make the room available earlier than the check-in time. The walks and the cycling around the hotel were great! The rooms were spacious, and we had a great time, just what you'd expect from a typical Four Seasons stay!

We were there celebrating my sister's birthday and her championship medal. Although I informed the hotel about the occasion, unfortunately, they didn't acknowledge it at all, no room note, no complimentary piece of cake, nothing. I've stayed at many Four Seasons hotels around the world for special occasions, and they always ensure the experience feels special. However, this time, something felt off about how the staff treated us, and I don't think I'll be returning. The dinner at Wild Carrot was below average.
