Great breakfast really nice staff

Only had 1 towel we didn't notice until late at night.

Really easy to find and park, clean room and everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised at how good value it is! Big car park and pub with great selection of food and drink. Would definitely stay again!

Staff could have been more courteous but they were very helpful! The distinction between the reception and the pub could be clearer, have it sectioned off or separate from the bar with more space to wait. Make the route to the carpark for the hotel clearer (lodge was a little confusing when driving, hotel would be clearer).

Booking was easy and competitive in price.Friendly ,helpful staff.The separate Hotel part was secure, pleasant and clean. Good location for a short stopover.Breakfasts were ample and with a decent choice.

The Pub part ,serving food needs a makeover.

Unfortunately, we came a cropper in the restaurant, we met up with some friends, went to order drinks, not stocked up on drinks, yet had plenty of flavoured gins and vodkas, and then went to order our meals, and they didn't have any steaks, so next was fish, no fish, 3rd time lucky nope, so settled for something we liked but didnt really want, so that was a bit of a downer, but when all said and done, it was lovely and tasty... The staff were lovely..

I was there on business in a van. The night porter watching the car park at night made me feel safe leaving my van at night. Friendly staff, room was modern and clean

Breakfast was ok but not the buffet style expected nd therefore less value from other Premier Inn The only big issue is the location using postcode etc on Sat Nav which takes you nowhere near to the hotel but to area half a mile away. I had to drive around for ages at night in area didn’t know but as hotel is hidden away from the road and post code given by you I kept missing it ! Only when I called and got help from your staff I was directed to it , even then with the lack of outside signage nearly missed it . Please !!! in some way put extra signage outside either on the road or by the roundabout. Save a lot of hassle. For this case it’s the only big negative I have. I had already been on the road for 3 hours.

This is my go to hotel when staying in Worksop. Well located,near shops and good road network.

As we were meeting friends in the Lock keeper for a meal it was ideal to have a room at the same location, no having to drive after or get taxis

It did what we needed for a short few days away. Liked that it was on the canal!

There was no charm, it was a practical place and did miss basic things I’d assume to be in a hotel-esque stay. We did not have enough towels for having a shower, hand towels and then floor towels. There was no glass or anything to pop toothbrushes in.

Great place to stay , close to Worksop Centre , separate to pub so access at anytime but close enough to walk in got breakfast , a drink or meal. Lovely clean room with adjustable heating which warmed up quickly. Great value for money and included breakfast . Right next to canal for walks . 30 minute stroll to where we had an event at the Masonic hall or around £7 for an uber . Staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely plan to stay again

Nothing not to like , biscuits on the tea tray would have been an added bonus but at the price we paid it wasn’t a deal changer

First time here for me. Great location, super clean and modern rooms with all you need, friendly staff and great food onsite - fabulous value too.

The only thing for me was it was a little light at night in the car park side. They should re-angle the spot lights a little. But that’s being picky.
