Lion Hotel

We stayed in the executive double suite and it was exactly as the pictures so wasn't disappointed with anything in the room,it was clean spacious and comfortable

The toilet roll holder is a little far from the toilet for short armed people

room itself, staff and meals fine.

The room was cold and we didn't have instructions to deal with heater. A member of staff told us how she thought it would work but it didn't and nobody offered to come to room.This time the TV was ok but the lack of instructions for this can cause problems.

The fridge wasn’t switched on as we got there so couldn’t store cold drinks to return to

It was perfect for the location we needed for one night. Parking was very convenient in their own car park at the back of property.

Nothing really only that it was only a double bed not king size so very tight for us

Exceptionally clean room. Hotel was lovely, modern and clean. Staff were great. Location was excellent right where you need to be in town but still very quiet. Loved it.

It’s was very clean comfortable and well presented. Quality of the rooms and bathrooms were amazing. Bee was the comfiest I have slept in for a hotel. Breakfast was great and good value for money.

There wasn’t anything to dislike tbh. Staff could have been a little more chatty but were helpful and friendly if needed.

Amazing room, lovely decor, and overall a fantastic stay. Great food, great service and a very nice hotel! Would without a doubt stay again if I was in the area. Travelled for work and would use it again as a base.

Car parking was poor but other than this that was fantastic.

Check in process was poor with no real customer engagment. The main areas was cold, heating was not great.

Clean and lean. My room had been recently refurbished so was both elegant and comfortable.

Only a minor inconvenience: my room was right at the back of the hotel - although the trek was worth it!
