Location was great and easy access too the town center. Also a tasty breakfast

There was no hot water in my hotel room, tried everything too get it running. Did go to a member of staff too get someone too fix it but they never did so a little disappointed by the shower. But other than that a great stay.

Room was large and bed was comfortable

The hotel advertised as having parking, I checked in early and the parking was already full. The room was not clean, there was a razor left in the shower, the soap dispensers empty, generally not very clean. Struggled to sleep through excess noise from local bars till 4am - on a Tuesday evening

Stayed here many times love the rooms and location

Wasn't the best room we have stayed in it was cold and the bed wasn't very comfortable it dipped in the middle

Payed extra for a upgraded room and there was a loud buzzing noise coming from outside the bedroom window. Everything creaked floorboards, bed doors, the bed was uncomfortable, the carpets was dirty the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Will definitely not be returning. Parking was closed

Central location. Parking not too far away. Easy to find hotel. Cheap.

You get what you pay for. If you enjoy a pillow as thin as a sheet of paper with walls to match, then this is the place for you. Thank God we only stayed one night. The room was freezing and heater didn't work. Staff weren't any help. Noise from other rooms - could hear other guests snoring. Uncomfortable bed which sagged in the middle. Grout in bathroom was filthy, chipped tiles too. Avoid, to be honest.

Proximity to train station

Old, needs complete carpet replacement and total refurb. Grubby

Cereal section good ,drinks section ok ,cooked section basic , staff very helpful .

The shower room 318 only just warm didnt matter how you turned the adjuster, low pressure, not very good . The tv 20ft away , the barhroom exrtacter very noisy .

Was disappointed with our superior king privilege room it was just the same as my friends standard room in fact his was better as there was a bath ours only had a shower

First of all we were given a room key. Upon entering our room is was already occupied by another couple and we walked in on them getting dressed. How can a hotel give you a room that’s already in use, bad management there having to see other peopleNaked getting dressed it was embarrassing not just for us but the other couple to. Came back mid way through the night to swap shoes to discover we had no electric in our room and had to swap rooms half way through the night. We also had problems with our room cardNot working either , was offered a full refund but still yet to Recieve it

I was very disappointed at the breakfast we was down for 9am and 2 slices of bacon and 4 sausage that looked as though they had been there hrs asked the waitress for bread gave 6 slices a said they were short staffed 20 mins later sausage bacon came out very dry very disappointing

Room was decent size,comfy bed.

Way too hot in the room and heating wouldn't turn down. Street outside really loud and not appropriate to really come outside with children after 4pm due to others behaviour

The location was ok but difficult to find with Doncaster Road layout

Hotel showed as having a car park but clearly not in use with only 6 spaces. Directed to car park 15 mins away.Room ok but cold and heater not working.Breakfast was terrible with no one in the kitchen at 9 am. Assume food cooked before 7 then no staff beyond that so that needs to last until 11?

Charged £15 for breakfast, disgusting. No labelling of the food, no fried eggs available. Absolute joke. Dirty cutlery. Staff also very rude and untidy

The room was a good size, the lighting was good and did not require the room card to be in a slot to have light. The bathroom was functional and the body was and shampoo were free standing. Tea was good quality. The towels were thick. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The building requires renovation. The hotel is in the middle of the town and very noisy as the bars close by play loud music well past midnight. The shower had cracks in one of the rooms we booked and the drain cap did not fit.

Do not book this hotel

There were no key cards to access corridors so it felt unsafe. The communal areas and rooms,smelled unpleasant. The rooms were dirty. The toilet did not flush.

Great hotel, in really nice location, just few minutes walk from the train and bus station and city center. After arrival i had small problem with the room that had mildew smell, but personal was amazing and they instantly replaced my room and upgraded it to better one too. Both room were really spacious and contained everything i needed. Great hotel, will recommend for anyone to stay.

Staff friendly

Parking is a major issue. One way system- no directions to car park. Was then told the car park was closed. Nearest secure car park was a walk. Room was inadequate, in need of a deep clean. Strong smell of cigarettes which a poor attempt had been made to cover it up with air freshener. Room was freezing, a portable radiator in there. Not at all like the pictures on the site- very misleading. Not high quality- more like a cheap, budget BnB. Couldn’t stay there so got a refund
