Hilton Garden Inn Doncaster Racecourse

Liked the breakfast, cleanliness and attitude of the staff.

Lacked the little comforts one normally expects from the Hilton name. ie biscuits to go with the room beverages, a bottle of water in the fridge etc.

very pleasant and helpful reception staff. very convenient location for quilt fair at the Racecourse.

Right on race track restaurant was fantastic and really reasonable used it both nights

Not being able to guarantee car parking space and was blue badge holder so needed to have space at hotel

Room was beautiful and overlooked the racecourse =- bed was comfy and a large airy room

The windows didn't open

The room was clean with a fantastic view of the racecourse. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The manager upgraded my room from the third to the sixth floor.

The food choices are unacceptably limited. I couldn't have dinner because the restaurant closes by 9 pm, and there were no halal options available. Even basic options like fish and chips were unavailable.Additionally, I was placed in a room with faulty air conditioning. I can't have my paid breakfast any earlier than 7 am, but I need to leave by 7 to catch my flight. This situation is unsatisfactory and needs to be addressed.

Central location, adjacent to the Doncaster Racecourse Antique and Collectors Fair. Walked across from the racecourse balconey. Great Parking.Close to the Hemswell Antiques Centre In the midst of the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside Upgraded part way through stay to racecourse side of the hotel which had high floor expansive views of the racecourse.Enjoyed Happy Hour drinks at the bar prior to dinner each day which was very good service.

Everything was great, amazing staff, fabulous food, love the hotel

I'm disabled and the bathroom was amazing however the bed omg was far far too low had I have been on my own I'd never got in or out of it and would have slept in a chair

Nice hotel if they didnt advertise amenities that dont exist

Advertised on web site as having an indoor and outdoor pool. They had neither

Been a couple of times for the races and it’s a great hotel

Unfortunately we were woken up at 5 in the morning by an air conditioning alarm and we had to call reception

The staff on reception were friendly and professional, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.We ate in the restaurant and had particularly good service from Kenzie who looked after us exceptionally well and with a smile. The breakfast was plentiful with a very good choice and the hot food was really well cooked and not greasy. We would definitely stay there again

As the room as accessible, the shower head was very low and difficult to shower.

If 1 thing was maybe not put children near a single person as the screaming was loud . Maybe allocate children with other children on the same floor & couples & single people on a different floor. Loved the hotel & staff but the screaming let it down.

the room 310 it was cold th heating did not work had to switch the system of as it was blowing cold air all night

Comfortable and good view with great location.Lack of Toilet brush, hairs everywhere and unclean bog.

We've stayed at the hotel a few times now and have always found it good value for money. The room was a good size, the facilities were good and the staff were friendly. We attended an event at the racecourse and you really couldn't get closer!

When I checked in I noticed that the shower gel was empty in the shower. I reported this to reception at c.14:30 and was told it would be addressed. We didn't return to the room until 22:30 and found that it hadn't been replaced. We had to "make do".The hotel was extremely busy and a group of us had a table booked for 19:30. The waiting staff told us there was additional delays and the food order wasn't taken until after 20:00. The food was lovely however my burger was under-cooked.
