Holiday Inn Doncaster A1- M Jct 36 By IHG

Cleanliness, nice location and good window view.

I like everything during my visit

hotel is very close to the A1 so very convenient as a stopover for a long journey. Room was comfortable and had everything needed. Breakfast, good selection of hot and cold food.

Rooms starting to look a little tired and there were drafts coming under the window. I am very particular about my pillow and the ones in the room were lumpy and not comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and the food was great

The room was very hot

All staff very friendly and helpful it was fantastic allowing dogs and them being aloud in bar area

Great Staff - very accommodating. Breakfast was good value and well presented. Plenty of car parking

Breakfast was lovely.large family room.Bar area comfortable and clean.

Friendly, clean and comfy stay

The breakfast was good, but I would have liked better-quality bananas and a greater variety of fruits

The bathroom was very dated and showed signs of mould. Upon arrival, I noticed that the sink was blocked. The towels appeared excessively worn, and the desk surface in the room was badly blistered. There were several potholes in the parking area, located on the turning path, which were difficult to avoid and caused repeated inconvenience, I am not sure if it has damaged my suspensions which I will find out when I take the car to the garage. Additionally, the windows in the room appeared not to have been cleaned from either side for a considerable time.

Easy to find, plenty of EV chargers, early breakfast, late check in

Lack of bedside light

Convenient location for an overnight stay heading North. Comfortable accommodation and friendly welcome. Very comfy bed.

breakfast was excellent, good choices of everythingbar staff were amazing, thank you!checkin/out was very straightforward, desk staff top notch

Very clean, good breakfast and excellent EV chargers

Richard on reception was notably exceptional. I was tired after travelling for 3 hours, however, I received a really warm, polite and friendly greeting. I say it was noticeable because I stay in a number of hotels and his customer service skills were outstanding. He is an asset to your hotel. Furthermore I would like to add I had room service and the meal of chilli was delicious, credits to the chef and the lady that brought it to my room was also pleasant. I will be returning!

Temperature in room difficult to control, heating on full blast

Nice place the staffs all good

Friendly staff. Good location. Warm room.

I was expecting something basic as we chose the hotel because of the Ionity EV charger, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was of a good standard and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was ok.

The heating contrlol didnt work in the room, so it was cold. The pillow was hard and so my sleep was poor. There were hairs in the bathroom.

The staff were incredible, lovely people very keen to help and welcome us when we arrived late

The building is very tired and the rooms were not great. It is fine for a layover but I wouldn't stay here multiple nights

Good location; lovely grounds and building.

Standard room just felt tired - decor needs an uplift.
