    Cons -

    • I do not like a Continental breakfast, but that is personal preference and not a fault of the hotel.
    • Everything
    • Room was not really clean. I had to wipe (what I hope was) tomato sauce off the wardrobe. Furniture and decor was very dated, marked etc. Flooring was worn. The so called Continental breakfast was only £4.50, but was shocking.Police taking statements in reception when I arrived. Different police taking statements for a different incident when I left the next day. Plus a police officer hiding in an alcove in the first floor hallway.Mattress very cheap and I could squash it down with my hand, so you are sleeping on the bed base.It was only £40 for a Saturday night, but avoid this place

Good Comfy Bed and Decent size shower Excellent 24 hr security Excellent parking Friendly helpful staff,

Having my bank card details taken in case I wrecked my room, when I've never behaved badly in a hotel, I hurt & humiliated on arrival at reception for check-in,

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and quite close to town centre

Think its also being used as a halfway house some dodgy residents asking if we had any spare change but didn't really affect our stay

Walkable to a fish and chip restaurant.staff were very nice and helpful.

More accessaries in bathroom : nowhere to put anything like washing stuff and no toilet roll holder.Shower door fell off during shower. But was mended straight away after reporting.

    Absolutely NOTHING.

This is not a hotel it is a place for refugees, down and outs, drug addicts and a half way house for ex prisoners according to previous reviews.I had booked the last room according to booking.com but alarm bells rang when I pulled onto the carpark and there where only two cars on the carpark, this did not change the hour and a half we were there, where are the other guests cars ?The room was terrible, my partner began to read reviews of the hotel which are awful and I can well believe in what had been said previously, after changing clothes to go out for the night we handed the room key in at the desk and decided to drive the two hours home rather that stay in this dump.I honestly do not know how Booking.comdare advertise this place on the Internet for paying customers, wish I had read the reviews before booking.

The room is decent and clean for a budget hotel and nothing wrong with the room. The staff are great and very helpful and the accommodation is good value for money.

There is nothing to dislike as the accommodation is a budget hotel that is clean and the room was decent. In the expectations of a budget hotel and the staff are great.

    10JanePosted on: 7-11-2024

For the price of the room it was what would be expected clean and basic but very good value. The staff are great and helpful and the best part is the staff.

There was nothing to dislike as it hotel is a budget hotel and the accommodation is decent and clean. So within the expectations of a budget hotel the hotel is fine and the staff are great.

It was clean and comfortable as I was a homeless woman so to be in a comfortable bed and have a bath or shower was very nice

One member of staff was very rood. I know I was a homeless woman one of my family members paid for me to be in your hotel. I was told what I can do and what I can’t do and if I didn’t do it I was going to be thrown out. I have never been treated like that in my any other hotel before. The council pay to home the homeless as all people they should not be told what time they have to be in. I will never book and pay for any one in your hotel Again one staff member is a evil human being I can’t give you her name as it wasn’t me who stayed there it was my daughter. I would like it if someone from the management would get back to me please Denise Purdy

Room was clean and had tea coffee making facilities

    Bit noisy from other guests

    8LysanderPosted on: 5-4-2024

Everything clean and tidy, good parking. Lady on reception was helpful

A bit isolated. Had doggy looking people hanging around the outside area. 2 security men always in attendance. I trust it is used as a homeless shelter. A lot of banging and door slaming all night .
