Pros +

Friendly welcome. Comfortable beds. Clean. Close to beach.,
Staff are a lovely couple who run a clean and efficient hotel.

Cons -

Expensive considering breakfast isn¿t included.
There was a wrought iron footboard to the bed and at 6 5ÃÂ this is a problem. Neighbours also start trying to compose dance music at midnight for 4 hours and it is disturbing listening to repetitive beats.
