Very central, right at the heart of the bars and restaurants. Unmanned reception but excellent communication about self check in.Clean comfortable room.

The cleanliness, the comfort and the location.

Nice large, clean, comfortable room situated in the heart of Lytham town center. Room kitted out with everything you require coupled with a nice large bathroom.

My only minor gripes were that the wi-fi was a little hit and miss during my stay which affected ability to conduct work/video calls and the hot water took a fair few minutes to come through; nothing major enough for me to dislike my stay but thought I’d mention.

Very minor…..draft from window which does have secondary glazing which is costing you as radiator directly below. Couldn’t see where exactly it was coming from and

Great location, modern room, easy check in

I stayed here with my granddaughter for a treat as we saw a show in Blackpool. We got a twin room as requested, but our room which on the top floor, so no window view - I know the hotel was not full that night, so did wonder why we were given a room at the top. (Felt like we were in an attic room). On our return, we watched abit of tv before bed, all the power in the room went off, I checked the hallway, everything was still on. I took the card out for the power, it did come back on, it did this twice- unsure if it was on a timer. In the morning, I was woken up by a gentleman on his phone, walking up & down the corridor talking very loudly - it was 7.24. I’m assuming it was a member of staff as I heard them go in a room at the end of the corridor(maybe office). I could still hear him in the room. I then heard a buzzer/ intercom, again same man answered & was talking to a deliveroo driver. He said he thought he saw him on the stairs, but didn’t realise who he was, ‘as he looked too sophisticated’ Again this was 7.30 in the morning !! Our stay was supposed to be relaxing with a lie in for the last day of the holidays but was rudely awakening by this disruption. It did take the shine off our visit, as we decided to stay in Lytham to avoid the Saturday chaos, noise & disruption of Blackpool

Great location & good set up

Heating - wasn’t warm enough and even though we tried we were unable to get the room any warmer. No hot water for the 2 days we were there- we raised the issue with the contact & they advised housekeeping would sort it out but unfortunately it wasn’t rectified.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean, large and comfortable room. Very quiet. Modern bathroom.

Great central location, good room, comfy bed, large shower, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, plus a room where you could get more.

Would not be suitable for anyone who could not manage stairs, limited parking nearby, breakfast offering.

Location, check in procedure, cleanliness

The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bathroom was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for restaurants and parking.

No blinds at the window, only heavy curtains, meaning they had to be closed for privacy and the room got very warm. The location means there are 2 bars around the corner that are open until 1am and it was very noisy until almost 2am. The stairs are also a substantial flight and quite steep and the hallway had a lot of cobwebs.

The room was smaller than I expected for a Deluxe Double Room and please, please, get new pillows! It was like sleeping with my head on a bag of cement!The breakfast-in-a-bag was a cute concept and I appreciate that giving everyone the same thing is simple but surely it wouldn’t be that onerous to get guests to complete a ticket list menu of things they do or don’t want - I could have saved you the apple, and the orange juice. I’d have been happy with just the yoghurt and the croissant
