The Queens Hotel

Lovely room, views, superb breakfast.

All good.

Had all the extras on the hospitality tray in the room - bottled water, hot chocolate, various teas. Excellent breakfast, again, more than I expected, lots of fresh fruit, cereals and full English, yum!

We really liked the location of the hotel, the decor & the staff were really welcoming. Even with the hotel room being above a busy pub the noise was minimal.

There was nothing we disliked with the hotel & thought it exceeded expectation. The only thing we were expecting was on the images prior to booking was a bath within the room which wasn¿t there.

The Queens hotel is in the perfect location for a visit to Lytham. The stuff were wonderful and the breakfasts were great.

Hotel rooms are excellent and provide substantial refreshments and complementary toiletries. The bedding is all top quality high count Cotten bedding and towels are big and luxurious. The food is excellent with a wide choice and the hotel is very popular with the locals using it for drinks and food.

Maybe a lift for disabled guests going to too floor.

It was a 10 minute walk to the Lowther Pavilion which is why we chose this hotel as we had a show in the evening. A 5 minute walk to plenty of other restaurants and shops. The room was cosy but would have benefitted from having two chairs not jut one by the dressing table. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent.

Nothing. It would have been better if there was a car park but not every hotel has the space for one.

Fabulous breakfast, lots of choice

Someone started hoovering at 8.15am, it woke us up!

Very good breakfast. Lovely comfortable bed and new bathroom.

2 smaller comfortable chairs in bedroom would be much better than the one large and heavy one provided. The ancient wardrobe needs replacing.

Been numerous times always enjoy our stay! Lovely room, food, and staff! Also a great location!

Just a shame the little added extras have been taken away from the rooms, ie flannels, cotton buds ect!

Massive problem with room. Management dealt with the issue we had in an excellent manner however and no doubt will be continuing to do so this week.

We booked a superior room which was very nice,the bath was in the bedroom but the bathroom was very small,breakfast was great.

A bigger bathroom.

When entering the pub/hotel I Asked a member of staff where to check in and she sent us the opposite direction, when brought it up with another member of staff , he looked bemused and advised his staff wouldn’t do that .
